I went for a couple of different dentist before but end up if something to follow up, but with Dr Mel, got plan set for me, my teeth and gums became healthy, only need to have regular clean check up after 6months and every times check up are very healthy Thank you so much Recommend to every one have teeth issues you won’t regret

They were also incredibly accommodating with scheduling my appointment, taking into consideration my busy schedule. Dr. Cheung is an absolute professional and a true expert in her field. Her knowledge and passion was evident from the moment we began discussing my dental concerns. She took the time to listen attentively to my needs and thoroughly explained the treatment options available to me. The dental team working alongside Dr. Cheung was equally exceptional. The dental hygienists were meticulous in their work, ensuring that my teeth were thoroughly cleaned and polished. They provided valuable oral hygiene tips and personalized recommendations, enabling me to maintain optimal dental health between visits. Friendly, professional and well educated staff...not only for my teeth but also helpful when using my health insurance iPhone app! I walked in on a hot 39 degree Friday morning, with forehead shiny and teeth furry. Alas! I forgot my healthcare card. Was I about to lose $180 because I had to trek through desert like winds and humidity to fetch said card? YES...I may have due to laziness. BUT! To my surprise the lovely receptionist Maartje, or Marsha as she allowed me to pronounce it (phew) was there to save the day. 'Do you have the NIB app on your phone?' 'No, and even if I did I'd probably need my insurance number.' I say. 'No, I don't think so.' She replies. We both in anticipation and actual excitement download the app on my phone and await to see if we can get away with this without the physical card in hand. SUCCESS! It can be done I shout...in my mind. We proceed to save my $180 and the inconvenient possibility of having to log in and reclaim that money online (ain't nobody got time for that 'click with finger in sassy way!'). The team at Smile & Co do their very best to make what can be an intimidating experience a complete dream. Aside from them being my regular dentist, I’ve recently undergone Trio Clear teeth alignment and found their approach refreshing and without any sales pressure. Nothing was too much trouble and they always check in afterwards to make sure all is OK. Thank you!
