Dental Clinic Santa Catarina

Good afternoon I was a client, and I've already asked via several emails for the brand and reference number of the implants that Dr. Paulo placed on me 8 to 10 years ago. Despite sending my full name and tax identification number, they never responded. It's really bad to ignore a client like this. They also have a habit of postponing appointments; it seems like only they have a life, and the client has to adapt. This hasn't happened just once. I hope that after this comment, they will remember to respond to me.

I booked an appointment by email, telling them it was to adjust a brace and that I was short on time. They told me there was no problem for me to go. I went and they proposed that I have surgery and get fixed teeth, a Devis Pour 6 teeth costing 11,000 euros... extremely expensive, insisting that I do it, saying it would be the best for me. I only asked them to adjust the brace that was loose and the clasp broken, nothing more! I didn't like the insistence on something I didn't even ask for. They even put the clasp back on almost against my will. I didn't like it and I don't recommend it to anyone!!! Beware, don't be fooled! The secretaries were very friendly and attentive, as were the employees.

I don't recommend it... the reason is the staff's appointment scheduling.

This clinic is staffed by excellent professionals. I was treated there and loved it. I had implants placed and they turned out perfectly. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Dr. Paulo, for the excellent work he did and for the happiness he brought back to me with a new smile.

My root-canal treatment had been done well by a very skilled specialist who also took care of my little fear, he reassured me and I felt comfortable. The treatment was done in 2 appointments with a microscope for very precise positioning. Next time we'll be in Porto, we surely will come here in case of any need. Greetings from the Netherlands.

I was recommended to this clinic by a local friend, but I was very disappointed after consulting. The receptionist's attitude towards Asians was very poor, and it changed significantly when my European friend walked in. There is a significant price difference between locals and foreigners. While the technical aspect may be good, I cannot comment without trying it. Such service makes me not want to seek treatment here. I hope the owner can arrange for someone with a service-oriented attitude to work at the front desk; otherwise, it will really affect the clinic's reputation.

Having come from France to the Santa Catarina dental clinic for all-on-6 dentures, I can tell you that the service I received deserves 5 stars! The work was done superbly, and the follow-up and communication with this clinic were outstanding! I highly recommend this clinic!!!

During my stay, I had a second appointment and a third before my departure on Saturday, August 19th. Professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness—I was so satisfied that I thought my teeth had grown back, the result is beyond my expectations. Thank you so much for all your work, and I will return in a year for the maintenance of this beautiful smile you gave me. Certainly an investment, but a spectacular result. From the moment I walk in I'm being greeted by my name, Mrs. Filipa and Mrs Emília are the best at the front desk! For my dental treatment the financial part was handeld by Mrs Cristina who is very nice and friendly. A big thank you so far for the ladies there!! Dr. Tiago, my dentist has been the best! Every consultation has been great! Always very caring and organised! I am lucky to have found this clinic that takes so much good care of the patients! (They also speak French and are very fluent)
