From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, so I was pretty anxious, but the receptionist Pooja was really welcoming and helped me feel at ease straight away. Dr. Suh was amazing. She is professional, friendly, and very patient. She explained everything clearly and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Her dental assistant was also really kind and supportive throughout the appointment. It ended up being a much better experience than I expected, and I’m genuinely glad I chose this clinic. Thank you to the whole team! :)

Amazing service. I'm originally a Kiwi from the Hutt, but living in Aussie thus not a registered patient of this facility. While over here, I lost a filling along with minor partial tooth loss. I had an appointment within 24 hours and the tooth was repaired professionally. All 3 staff that I interacted with were friendly and competent. Would make this my go to dental practice if I lived here long term again.

Great dentist , Had quotes from other dentist 6k + surgery cost . They got everything done for roughly 3k, no surgery needed , they have all the appropriate equipment to complete your dental procedure.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Suh Ling after putting off dental visits for quite a while due to anxiety. I was honestly nervous going in, but Dr Suh was absolutely lovely from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly gentle, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped put me at ease. She did a few fillings for me, and I was amazed at how natural they look—perfectly blended with my teeth. You honestly can’t tell I had any work done! It’s such a relief to finally have a dentist I trust. If you’re anxious like me or just looking for a kind, skilled dentist, I can’t recommend Dr. Suh Ling enough!

Do not bring your children here. Their lack of care and professionalism has left a family member with a lifetime scar on her upper lip from poor practice! They provided no sympathy, no help & did not even bother to contact the CHILDS emergency contact after putting a deep gash on her face. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I would very highly recommend this dental centre to anyone! Dr Suh Ling Lim is excellent! She is very friendly and patient. She explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions thoroughly. She did composite fillings between two teeth, and she was extremely gentle with the injection and drilling, talking me through each step. It was completely pain-free and I felt very calm throughout the procedure, despite feeling a bit apprehensive before. The fillings look and feel great, I can't tell them apart from my natural teeth. She also did a great job cleaning my teeth, I was astonished at the results! All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and it was a very enjoyable experience to book appointments! The dental office is a pleasant space, very clean with specialised equipment. Will be returning for a check-up in 6 months :)

Great communication, easy to book a hygiene appointment, and friendly knowledgeable service. Thorough explanation about what was happening during my appointment and I was also given really great advice about oral hygiene tips and tricks, and they listened to my concerns too. I've worked in the dental industry for both Australia and New Zealand - and I know the dental centre is a relatively new-build but I was surprised there wasn't any "bells and whistles" when it comes to the room and entertainment while undergoing a treatment. Perhaps my room was a smaller one, but there are no TVs to distract you and the room design/decoration is minimalist. But the service was professional and friendly.
