My experiences with the dentists at this location have always been smooth. They are excellent professionals, helpful and attentive. However, the reception service leaves much to be desired. The most serious problem occurred when I inquired about a specific health insurance plan. They informed me that they did, and based on that, I signed up for the plan. I underwent several procedures, trusting this information. Months later, when trying to schedule a cleaning through the insurance, I was surprised to hear that this plan was only accepted for root canal treatment. I questioned how this was possible, since I had had two wisdom teeth extracted. It was then that I discovered they had improperly charged me for the procedure on my old Unimed plan without my authorization. Since then, I have received no support or clarification. They left me without an answer, without adequate feedback on the situation. Regarding the reception, unfortunately, this lack of professionalism does not surprise me. The service has always been terrible: - They don't greet patients unless you take the initiative. - They don't know who you are or what procedure you're going to perform (even though the building's reception informs you who is coming up). - They don't say goodbye when leaving, preferring to continue chatting amongst themselves. I have never seen receptionists so unprepared and unprofessional. Given this disregard, I have decided that I will never set foot in that place again to avoid further problems. I am still waiting for a response from a superior regarding my case.
