This was far the best thing I have ever done and Dr Guzman was absolutely amazing and his staff was wonderful especially Jeffrey for driving me around everywhere.

Just got implant dentures done here, great experience and all the people were very professional and 1st rate, done for 25%it would have cost me in the states, highly recommend, they pick you up at airport and take care of everything, it takes 2 trips but well worth it, great experience overall, 5stars

I had a full set of all on four implants in 2023. Dr. Guzman, staff, particularly Jocelyn were outstanding. Both trips were pain free and I now have a beautiful smile. My only issue was that the post operative instructions were not clear. Different staff had different answers to some questions. But I did get answers eventually so overall I would recommend this clinic fully.

I chose OG center at the recommendation of a friend who had a good experience here. This was my first time with medical/dental tourism so I wasn't sure what to expect. I needed several implants and crowns. Here is my experience: First trip was flawless. I had some teeth removed and the implants placed. Dr. Guzman was fast and efficient. The ladies in the office were helpful and all was well. The driver Jeffery was my lifeline. No complaints AT ALL. Second trip was not so good. The second trip was to place abutments and crowns now that I was healed from the implant surgery. I knew it was a lot of work and I scheduled my trip according to the instructions provided to me by the office 3 months prior. Fly in on Sunday, leave the second Wednesday afternoon for a total of 10 days. Unbeknownst to me the office was closed on the first Monday I was there. (So I lost a day) Then Dr. Guzman did half of my mouth on Tuesday. (great!) Wednesday, and pretty much the rest of my appointments are with Dr. Laura. She gets part of the work done, but by this time I'm already concerned that there won't be enough time to get all the work done before I'm scheduled to go home. The rest of the week my appts get rescheduled at the last minute and things are very slow going. I even get seen on Saturday. I was reassured multiple times that all the work would be completed and I would be okay to leave on Wednesday. I go in on Wednesday morning (yes, my flight was the same day) and I get the news that the crowns were not ready. They provided me food, a place to stay, and offered to pay the flight change fee. It didn't really take away the inconvenience of finding an additional day of childcare and taking off work, but at least the work got completed. And so far everything looks and feels good. I'm a week into healing and most of the swelling and bleeding is gone and I can chew most foods. I know most of the confusion came from a change of employees and an influx of patients who needed work right before the holidays. The dental work and care seem very good so far. I guess my biggest complaint was the communication. The dentists are very accommodating to English speaking clientele. Dr. G is very fast and efficient. Dr. Laura is very meticulous and careful. I feel confident in both of their work. The office workers not so much, there was quite of bit of breakdown in communication. They are friendly but their English is not as good as the dentists' and not very proactive IMO. Jeffery (the driver) can be your lifeline. He's like part driver, part therapist, part customer service....make sure you tip him well if you visit. :) In the end, all things considered, it was worth the savings and the quality of work is very good. I took away a star because of the bad communication on the second trip, but I hope this will improve as they have new office workers now.

I don’t reccomend this practice. I had a lot of miss communication. Resulted in extreme pain and frustration. Lots of added costs in medicine and transportation. When expressed to staff I was given antibiotics and anti inflammatory meds/steroids. Nothing for pain. Bought my own naproxen. I had an extraction and 2 root canals. Thank goodness for the pharmacy across the street . At 1 point I felt like I was in the movie hostile. Or maybe touristas. You will save money the dental care is a lot less expensive. But unless your fluent in medical spanish your at a risk . I definitely didn’t do enough research.

The most professional, sincere medical team I have ever had the privilege to be associated with. I have been an RN for 47 years and am still practicing. This staff is above and beyond excellent. I was given all the information about the procedure, watched over by an amazing ancillary staff, who checked on me frequently post surgery and every day there after. If you are "shopping" for the all on 4 implant procedure, look no further!! Dr.O. Guzman is the dental physician for you! The best team and customer service I've seen for this kind of business.

It really doesn't deserve a star. I went a few weeks ago for orthodontic treatment for my daughter. At the appointment, they told me the case was complicated and that traditional orthodontics would be better. The downside was that they had an orthodontist who came once a week and only in the morning. So, no matter what, I decided to have the treatment with them. They told me to go down to the waiting room so they could give me a reason to consider whether I could perhaps undergo the treatment with clear braces. The orthodontist asked us to come up and said he was evaluating the case. He was going to do it with clear braces. He would do the braces and mail us everything to begin the treatment. We waited a month because there was no reason. I had to call to inquire about the treatment. They told me the treatment couldn't be done with them and that it had to be with traditional orthodontics. All they could do was recommend an orthodontist. They recommended one from the Mementum Pinares center. I should have said it before, they paid for the consultation only to tell us something false. It was a huge scam. I feel ripped off, and it's also a huge lack of responsibility and seriousness for them to remain silent and not give us any reason. I would think twice about going to a place like that. Plus, the long lines make it look like an insurance clinic.
