This is the second clinic I've left dissatisfied with. The other clinic, now called Vallos, located on a street parallel to 2 de Setembro, behind Cooper, was the first disappointment...
The professionals were very bad... one doctor did root canals without anesthesia, horrible, a bunch of crazy people. I had an implant done, and the guy ruined my face... he damaged my facial nerve, and even today, after 2 years, I can't feel my face. And finally, this clinic... also excellent dentistry, a bunch of crazy people working there, the reception is even worse... it seems like they were always out of sorts and the schedules never work out. I arrived at the clinic already with braces, and they charged me 6,000 to continue the treatment... I was terrified! I asked for a discount, and even the doctor helped me, but then the management changed, and that's when things got really bad... then nobody knew anything, they always got the schedules wrong, and there were never any appointments available, and I ended up leaving this clinic, which in the end... Threatening to fine me for not paying for something I didn't even do...
Bunch of incompetent and opportunistic people...shut this place down and let the real professionals work elsewhere...I wouldn't recommend this to anyone...

Initially, I had an evaluation, they gave me a quote, and I underwent some procedures. However, the management changed during this process. When I was seen by the new professionals, they said I needed another evaluation that included some procedures, even though I had already had them done the previous week. I'm unsure if those procedures were actually performed. And the cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms need improvement.

My wife had a prosthesis made. She paid a little over R$2,000. It's already broken 3 times in 1 year. The material is fragile, the lab did a shoddy job. They don't fix it, they just want to fix what was already badly done. And to make matters worse, they scheduled an appointment, and we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to be seen. They scheduled it along with other patients.

As I've said before, the secretaries' service is terrible!
I requested the invoices for my income tax return and they only sent me 4, how is that possible?
Four if I paid for all 12 months.
And this was the response:
Good afternoon, yes, the payments are indeed correct, but the other girls didn't issue all the invoices!
And it's not my fault, because I fulfilled my part, which was to pay, and I'm waiting until March 31st because I'll be filing my tax return on the 1st.
Until then, my assessment will be that your service DOES NOT WORK.
Employees come and go, and none of them have the ability to solve the problems.

I had a fear of having a tooth extracted and I went to have it done by Dr. Fernando today.
My experience with him was great, I didn't feel any pain at all and it was very quick.
I'm very satisfied, thank you so much to the clinic! 🥰🥰👏🏼👏🏼

The doctor was very attentive, the service was excellent, even the receptionists were very attentive, everything was very fast. I highly recommend him.

Terrible clinic, everything is dirty, the dentist who calls himself a dentist looks like he hit his head, and now it seems they're even buying reviews on Google, lol, a disgrace, and the Odonto Excellence headquarters already knows about the service at this supposed clinic, tarnishing the name of Odonto Excellence with so many good professionals.
