What a disaster and what a scam. Had a visit with a voutcher & was told I needed 3 fillings, teeth felt fine, so got the fillings oh look there's another 1, so they applied for another voucher, a month later I come back and was 1 filling is apparently now 3. In 1 hour Monica filled 3 teeth (no needle) and a clean because she had 15 minutes left, in the process overfilled my front tooth and made me feel like goofy, had to come back to get that ground back readjustment and every where else she overfilled so my dentures fitted, still feeling like goofy and the initial back tooth I originally went in for still hurting was left wondering what side show I was just dragged into. That's not bad oney 1k for 1 hrs work that was done in record time. 2 weeks after I get a call, them knowing I'm on the pension asking for me to make an appointment, why? For a clean. Then was told I was going to be out of pocket. So you need to fill the seat and are calling trying to persuade me I need a clean after you have just done one? Meanwhile she applied for new dentures that actually were not needed till she had overfilled so many teeth,l and blew the fitment that out of wack I can still barely tolerate the pain wearing them. Sorry monika I wasn't born yesterday and seen that scam coming the minute your office girl called and started pushing for what was apparently done. The last dentist I'd ever let on my teeth would be Monika, she's just rough as guts and trying to knock them out asap and isn't doing a really good job at all, Personally I would avoid her like the plague. Go to another dentist and get a assessment done, you'll likely have less fillings than what ocean drive are claiming.

While we take all patient concerns seriously, we have to address the "feedback" you’ve provided, along with the appalling and threatening messages you’ve been sending our team. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding verbal abuse, and we have kept every one of your messages on file as proof of behavior that is frankly inexcusable. It is quite a shame your memory has failed you regarding your actual care, as you consistently verified your satisfaction with both the clinical and aesthetic outcomes during every single appointment. At no point did you raise these concerns while in the chair; you only seemed to find them once you had an audience online and were behind a keyboard. Furthermore, a quick fact-check would show you that NSW Health controls the denture side of things, not our dentists, but we realize that details often get in the way of a good rant. Given your extensive history of leaving one-star reviews for almost every business you encounter, we are more than comfortable standing by our high standards of care. Regarding your threat in your text messages to come in and "show us" what you mean, please be advised that the police have already been briefed on your behavior. If you do decide to show up/cause harm, they will be the ones greeting you. Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to review us!

I have tried most dentists in town and settled on this one years ago as it is the best by far in my opinion. Quick, thorough, friendly and honest service.

Very nice dentists, I always feel well looked after and relaxed. The team are very professional and helpful. Easy booking system with good availability for appointments. If Medicare helped cover the costs I would go more often!

I highly recommend Dr Monika Singh, she put me at ease and soothed my anxiety with her calm and patient approach, explaining step by step everything that was going to take place reassured me I could stop at anytime. This was a welcome relief. My teeth look amazing she did a wonderful job.

Can't recommend this dental practice highly enough! The girls on reception , dental assistants and 2 amazing dentists in Dr Raj and Dr Monika are all so kind and helpful. I had servere dental anxiety but thanks to this team , my experience has been so good...every appointment !
