Dental Clinic Dr. Argirova

I went to Dr. Argirova for treatment of a wisdom tooth, as another dentist wanted to remove it, and I insisted on saving it. Dr. Argirova treated my problem with great care, patience and professionalism and found a solution to preserve and treat the tooth. I am now well and have no problems. I am very grateful to you, Dr. Argirova, for saving the tooth.

I went to have my wisdom tooth pulled out urgently. The woman started pulling it out without a picture and without me being fully numb! It was so bad that I had to get up and leave the office and on top of that they charged me 60 leva for unfinished work and 1 hour of torture! Don't be fooled, guys, the young dentist even brought me to tears and I got up and left in pain!

I visited the office hoping to avoid a root canal on a tooth that needed to be urgently repaired, but instead I was subjected to unnecessary procedures that significantly increased the cost of the treatment and a deposit that was delayed over time. --- Short story: On the first call, the assistant told me that the examination would cost 40 leva, but on the spot they charged me 60. I was forced to have the tartar removed first, without even discussing the real problem with my tooth. The next procedure was scheduled for a full two weeks in advance, even though my tooth was turning black and hurting. After I insisted on an earlier appointment, they diagnosed pulpitis and gave me a verbal treatment plan, requiring a deposit of 80 leva. With each of my visits, this deposit was postponed until the next time. During the visit, which was supposed to fill the canals, it turned out that the nerves had not been removed last time, but only found and they were only going to remove them now. This cost me an additional 3 hours and 70 lv on top of that. During the procedure, the assistant was often absent, the instruments and the suction tube fell to the ground, and some of the endodontic needles were bent, but prepared for work by the assistant. The cup overflowed when my procedure was canceled two times in a row at the last minute. --- 1. It is illogical how when booking an appointment over the phone one price is mentioned, and on site it has jumped by 20 lv. There are apparently two price lists for the same service. One for Argirova and a second for the assistant. 2. It is illogical to be told that the tartar must be removed before anything is done (exact words), and the next hour, when asked by the assistant "Why, if the tooth is so bad, did we clean the tartar?" Argirova's answer was "That's probably what the patient asked for." Later, I saw that it wasn't even cleaned well. 3. It is illogical to have to pay an extra 70 lv for something that should have been included in the price, with a pre-agreed price of 285 lv for nerve removal. Even if the tooth is complex (as Argirova put it), the price is calculated by the number of canals. If the dentist has decided to remove the nerves manually and keeps an inadequate employee who is more likely to get in the way, it is normal for there to be a delay and not enough time. The question is why should I have to pay for this? Is "finding nerves" a procedure at all and why was I spared it earlier? To sum it up, this entire service cost me 2 visits – a total of 5 hours and 385 lv in the end. 100 lv more than the previously announced price in the plan. Also, I paid 30 lv for anesthesia each time. 4. It is illogical to take a deposit for a tooth, especially if it is postponed in time. 5. It is illogical to have my appointment canceled twice at the last minute. I will also add that in neither situation was I compensated! --- To Dr. Argirova: I was punctual with you and always came to the appointment, but unfortunately I did not receive the same from you. I feel cheated, lied to and screwed. I am angry with myself for allowing such treatment and keeping quiet instead of leaving earlier, because you have been dragging me around from the very beginning.

I am satisfied with Dr. Argirova and Dr. Stoyanova. Exceptional professionalism

I want to express my impression of Dr. Stoyanova, which is positive to say the least! A great person and professional, calm, balanced! For the second time I am taking my 6-year-old daughter, who is very afraid and pulls, but despite everything she managed to get her ready and everything ended successfully! From now on, she will remain our dentist! I hope more young people learn that the profession is not only about money, but also about attitude! Admirations!

I share wonderful impressions of Dr. Argirova - attentive and very competent. Also, Dr. Stoyanova - a great specialist with an attitude towards children - predisposes the children and my children visit her without worry or anxiety.

I went twice and neither time was the working hours respected. The first time at least 20 minutes late, and the second time even in the middle of working hours with a reserved appointment, there was no news or bone from the dentist. She seemed frivolous at all, there is no excuse. I would not let such a frivolous doctor take care of my teeth!

Exceptional professionals! My child was admitted at 11 pm as an emergency! Despite the late hour, everything went great. I emphasize that my child is 4 years old and it is her first time going to the dentist! We had another visit and my little lady is fascinated! Attitude, professionalism, patience and understanding! An exceptional professional, an accurate diagnostician and above all - a person... I travel from Ruse to Varna /which is not very easy for me/ to be treated by Dr. Argirova. Because only with her do I receive care and attention. Without a doubt, I highly recommend!!!
