They provide good service, but they're very unprofessional when it comes to scheduling appointments. From the beginning, I specified that I could only come on Saturdays, and they act like they don't know what to do. They're not the only ones who are busy. I don't understand why they offer Saturday service if they can't provide it. I canceled an appointment due to an emergency, but they clearly don't understand that. Furthermore, an acquaintance of mine was never given an appointment with the orthodontist. Completely unprofessional. If I wanted to deal with this much hassle, I'd go to the IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), but that's what I'm paying for: better and faster service, not tantrums. It's a shame, I thought it would be quality care based on the reviews I'd read. Again, money wasted, since the so-called root canal, which shouldn't have hurt, surprise, surprise, it still hurts. It was supposed to be a retreatment, and the so-called endodontist did it badly. The dental cleaning was also bad. I went to another specialist, who showed my mouth with a camera, and they didn't do a proper cleaning at all; there was still plaque and tartar. And the retreatment was even worseโthe cement was poorly applied, and they hadn't even noticed I have a jaw injury. If it weren't for the second opinion I sought, I never would have known. They sealed the root canal, and the infection in the bone is terrible. Seriously, how unprofessional and unethical can they be?

With all due respect, we disagree with your rating and comment. We treated you with kindness and respect at all times. You were given appointments on the days and times you requested, except for one instance when you wanted your appointment at 9:00 AM and we offered it to you at 10:00 AM. This upset you, and you responded rudely. Regarding your husband's appointment, we contacted him to schedule an appointment, but he couldn't answer the call because he said he was busy. As for your root canal, you came to us with a poorly performed treatment and an infection. An initial x-ray was taken, shown, and explained to you. The root canal retreatment was started, but not completed because you didn't want to continue. Therefore, you can't say it was done incorrectly if it was never finished. Your dental cleaning was performed correctly, and you were shown the before and after photos. We also explained how to brush and floss properly. However, we cannot be held responsible if plaque builds up again, as it will form within a few days if good oral hygiene is not maintained. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
