Terrible. I am writing here about my terrible experience at this clinic, all proven through material evidence. I underwent orthodontic treatment for two years with dentist Alano. It turns out that the aforementioned dentist caused very serious and irreversible damage to my teeth. The problem is so serious that I will have to have at least three implants, and worse, among these teeth are the front ones, such as 21, 11... People, I keep thinking, how can there be so many perverse/evil people in this world, as is the case with the aforementioned dentist ALANO. I have proof that the aforementioned dentist acted far beyond negligence. Because he saw that the roots of my teeth, especially those of teeth 21 and 11, had been reabsorbed by the poorly executed force of the braces. People, this guy is so evil that I even asked him what those raised bumps behind the aforementioned teeth were, and he, knowing that it was already a serious resorption, said that they were simple abscesses. When in fact it was my teeth dying. I asked him to order a CT scan because if I hadn't, I would have lost all my teeth. He has no technique in applying force. People, there's no life after the misfortune of being in the hands of a MONSTER like that dentist. I'm having great difficulty and pain eating. Besides all the aforementioned cruelties, there's also the issue of a serious problem caused by the POOR distribution of force in the braces applied by that dentist, which created a bend in the axial gingiva on the left side, pushing my left canine too far inward, causing it to make an incorrect and dangerous contact with the lower tooth, which causes me pain and difficulty speaking. My entire life is compromised because there's no longer any root margin in the teeth mentioned above and almost none in the two next to them. In other words, it's impossible to put braces on to move the canine away and stop it from hitting because the damage is immense. My four front teeth are mobile because two already have severe resorption and the others have significant resorption. My front teeth are being held in place by a RETAINER that I had placed at another dentist to remove the braces and put on a retainer, because if I had continued with the aforementioned dentist, I would have lost them all. I contacted them requesting a REFUND of the amount I paid, but the dentist and clinic in question DID NOT do it. In addition to all this suffering, I will suffer even more having to sue the dentist in question. Because, in the process, in addition to the suffering I am already experiencing, there is the issue of having to relive all this horror, this nightmare. Folks, I end my account here, once again, by mentioning how there can be people as perverse as a person like the aforementioned dentist. Because he knows the harm he did, he is fully aware of it, but even so, he DID NOT return the amount I paid, causing even more harm to me. I know that the refund of the amount I paid at the clinic does NOT even cover 20% of what I will spend due to the mutilation of my teeth, due to the negligence and malice of the aforementioned dentist. However, even so, I contacted the clinic to request a refund so I wouldn't have to file a lawsuit against the dentist in question. Because, even knowing that the dentist has to pay me compensation + Material Damage, I still tried to get him to return my money to avoid a lawsuit, because in the lawsuit, I will win, as I have plenty of material evidence. However, I will suffer more, because I will have to relive all this horror. There is a saying among the wise: It is better to suffer injustice/crime than to commit it. In other words, if I, who was the victim of a crime, this person, imagine what he will suffer is impossible to describe, because the LAW OF RETURN is infallible. Because, I repeat, I have evidence that proves that the dentist in question was fully aware of the serious condition he caused to my teeth during the treatment, that is, the case is not only civil but also criminal.
