The service provided by Andy Tsai for my root canal procedure was excellent. Andy provided clear explanations on all the steps required for the procedure, the risks due to peculiarities of the tooth, and what to expect with how the tooth/jaw would behave after the procedure. All round an excellent experience with the team at Coastal Dental Specialists.

Staff were very caring and supported me to manage pain prior to my appointment and were upfront about cost. Dr Tsai was excellent. Explained everything he was doing, extremely gentle and patient. Anticipated my concerns and answered all questions. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant specialist dentists. I had root canal surgery over two appointments with Patrick Caldwell and on both occasions I managed to drift off to sleep mid surgery. I’m guessing that you can’t get a better recommendation!

Andy completed a thorough examination of my teeth and determined that I did not require a root canal treatment at this time. He used advanced imaging to assess my dental health.
