Absolutely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for today at 10:45 because I chipped a part of my tooth biting on something. Despite multiple reminders to go to their Campo Pequeno office, when I arrived, they informed me that there was no appointment scheduled there and directed me to their Marquês de Pombal office. Although they offered to reschedule, I declined because I cannot risk missing work again, uncertain if the appointment will actually take place. I left and made an appointment elsewhere. P.S. Me and my wife were on vacation in Portugal. She had a fall and suffered a chipped tooth. We found Nova Dentismed online. It was late at night around 11pm when it happened.
