Absolutely fantastic experience with my child who needed damaged tooth removed. The whole team were welcoming and friendly. My child and I were totally relaxed during the whole appointment, allowing for a quick removal with no issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional and also family friendly service.

I'm gonna tell you what happened to me with Bupa Dental so that other travelers or people with Working Holidays visa or studen visa do not go through the same thing. I went to Bupa dental because I thought that my insurance (the most expensive of all) covered me to get my teeth cleaned. My reason was just to go for a cleaning and I clarified that when I showed up at the reception, I also had to fill out a form where they asked me again reason for the visit and again, I wrote teeth cleaning. Before I met the dentist another person told me that they were going to do a scan in my mouth. We did and when I finally met the dentist they performed other scans on my teeth. I want to clarify that they never asked me if I wanted to do it and at no time did they talk to me about the prices of these procedures and if I agreed. After all these scans the dentist asked me the reason for the visit and AGAIN I told her very clearly that it was just a cleaning. She did the cleaning for me which lasted about 10 or 15 minutes at most. When I went to make the payment, the girl at the front desk checked my Bupa insurance and told me that it didn't include anything to do with dental. Beyond the fact that the health insurance is not at all clear from BUPA I understood the problem perfectly and told her that it is okay that I would still pay for the teeth cleaning that they had done to me. But the total was $477. They charged me for all the things they did to me that I never asked for and they never specified the prices of anything. I had to pay to get out of that situation. I tried to contact Bupa Dental after that and they never took care of anything. Not only that, but they agreed to call me twice and never did. This health insurance promises to help those who travel or have work or study visas but did not do so at all. I am on a Working Holidays visa and I had to pay 500 dollars. Crazy. I don't recommend this place at all

Dr Kris Sreenivas is the most exceptional dentist. The Bupa team and premises are also incredible.

Dr Abhinav Acharya is amazing: not only does he possess an unparalleled expertise in Dentistry, but his ability to establish a rapport with a very anxious child instantly, while addressing some ongoing issues clinically and communicating at the same time with parents, is nothing short of magical. Bravo, Dr Acharya!
