Dental Clinic BHS

So far my experience with this dental clinic has been great. All the students who have treated me have been excellent and the Dentists overseeing them have also been great. I was worried after moving here from Canada that I would have issues getting dental work done for cheap/free as I was on an insurance plan over in Canada, but BHS has settled those worries for me. Very appreciative that these folks exist!

Lovely welcome & helpful response from Reception team ,when you call. Even more delightful greeting upon entering the clinic. Minimal 'waiting time' is less than you would expect - even for urgent sit and wait clients. Extremely efficient at providing on time appointments ! Yes there are Trainee dentists = you may opt out- the choice is given, trainees work under complete supervision of Qualified Dentists and Dental Technicians. I personally prefer to allow trainees to get the hands on experience they need ; whilst providing me with capable care. *Doctor Sarshi has the gentle hands of a genius.x Delighted with the efficient dental care and amazed at the fluidity of being seen and attended to so quickly. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed from royal dental. One of my wisdom teeth the stitch come out premature. I went back here 4 times and honestly was the worst experience of my life. Dr winny originally tried to tell me wasn't anything wrong despite you can see bone and infection. Eventually placed a stitch after another dentist come to look. I got home and within an hour it fell out, without even eating or drinking. I come back to get it placed had a student dentist who was lovely, however was over seen by Dr nadim, was more interested in what they had done as I had an unusual root on tooth that was removed. She refused to allow it to be stitched again despite admitting it shouldn't be infected after how long id been on antibiotics. Didn't care that its complex to clean, hence infection and wanting it closed up. I'm living in agony.

They are very nice and do the best for you.

Friendly staff and a great service, I would happily go back for some more mouth needles.

Fantastic appointment with Annie. She was very friendly and helpful.

What an amazing specialist Dr.David is, very knowledgeable and changing peoples lives. Very lucky resource for us to have here in regional Victoria. All the staff are amazing at this place too, friendly receptionists, skilled dental nurses and what an amazing job the students are doing there. We are very lucky to have this public dental service.
