I have been coming to this practice for many years and have always had such wonderful experience. The reception staff are always so welcoming and caring. Dr Turk is an excellent dentist who always makes me feel comfortable and eases my dental anxiety. I have recommended this practice to so many people, and I am sure if you are from Bendigo, you too have likely heard what an incredible dentist Dr Turk is. I highly recommend Bendigo Dental Group. Rude, condescending and insulting receptionist (Mrs Mohan). I have never been treated with such contempt at a medical or dental clinic in my life, and don’t expect to be! I only called for an appointment, and was spoken to like I was committing a crime, and refused an appointment. It took me some time to comprehend what was said to me because it was so shocking and bizarre that someone I don’t know could be quite so rude! Mrs Mohan should also be careful of her over the phone diagnoses. I went somewhere else - no problem at any stage of my comprehensive treatment. I highly recommend people go elsewhere to avoid getting a distressing lecture from someone who doesn’t know you at all, when you least need it.

I saw Dr Turk today and I was really impressed with the treatment I received from the front desk all the way to the chair. He was very kind and attentive. I also really liked the practice manager who gave me an appointment last minute, and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Turk and the staff are wonderful! I had a toothache and got squeezed in at short notice. Dr Turk took the time to explain everything and helped me with a plan going forward. Would 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking for a friendly dentist with your best interest taken into account.

this practice is EXCELLENT !! i relocated from south australia to victoria and had hells job trying to find a good dentist until i came across this practice. FANTASTIC AND ETHICAL and so GENTLE. so many places now focus on money including oh you need this and that however this practice is very ethical and dentist has a lovely ethical bedside manner !! thoroughly recommend NO PROBLEMS HERE. surgery is so beautiful , clean and modern. so happy i found this practice andrew
