Dental 359

Have been a long time patient and always found them great but decided to post following my recent experience. Had a sore tooth and jaw and they found me a time to get it looked at urgently. Unfortunately the end result is that the tooth was not healthy and I needed to get it extracted. They then found a time that this could happen within the same week. I can't say that I was looking forward to the procedure, but I discussed it with both Dr Float and Dr Watson, as well as the oral surgeon they got in, Dr Kieran, and the extraction went smoothly and without fuss. Thanks for a world class treatment.

I couldn't recommend the team at Dental 359 more highly to anyone. The complete service they have provided me with my All on 4 dental implants and being so young in age the support and guidance they have given and showed me constantly even in my times of doubt have provided me with the strength and courage follow threw with there plan and the procedures done. Now to not be worried, try hide or ashamed of my smile but to smile proudly and show it to the world. From the moment you first walk in the door they treat you like family with the upmost respect and will help you every step of the way. I cant thank the team at dental 359 for everything and changing my life I will be forever grateful for what the team have done for me and my family.

After 25 years of neglect due to hating dental work, I had to bite the bullet so to speak and have all my teeth removed. Dental 359 arranged everything for me including organizing super care for release of super funds to pay for my treatment. I also opted for sedation due to the large amount of work to be done. Everything went so smooth and easy to organize. The staff are so friendly, helpful and understanding. I remember looking at the lights on the celling and then I hear a voice telling me it's time to wake up, and it was all done. Never felt a thing. I have had very little to no pain or swelling 5 days after my treatment. Couldn't recommend Dental 359 enough. A fantastic crew. B. Atherton

What an amazing experience Im now 4 weeks post op and things are going brilliantly From the moment I walked into 359 the experience has been flawless. Everyone at the practice is friendly and amazingly nice. Couple of special shout outs Saphire always smiling Carina made me feel so welcome Dr Golestani amazing And last but definatly no least Tom The man you run an amazing business but a boss is only as good as the team they have around them and your team is outstanding If anyone is looking to improve their life but is uncertain i promise you that 359 is for you i would recommend it to anyone wanting to get their smile back 😊

Dental 359 is not just like going to the dentist. It's more like an experience. From the moment you walk through the door you know you have come to the right place. You are greeted by friendly, caring staff who make you feel very welcome. The process & timeline is explained in detail from start to finish & everyone was more than happy to answer any questions I had, & I had heaps. I've struggled a lot mentally with my treatment & was worried something was going to go wrong & everyone at Dental 359 were so supportive & I'm pretty sure Tom just squeezed me in between his other appointments to give me an "anxiety appt" one morning when I'd convinced myself something was wrong. Put my mind at ease with out making me feel like an idiot & sent me on my way. I checked out a lot of places before Dental 359 but none of them felt right. My Dental 359 experience has been amazing, I don't know why I waited so long. I highly recommend booking your Dental 359 experience today. You won't be disappointed.

As a person coming to the end of his major treatment, weeks aways from the final product it’s hard to put in to words how professional the team at Dental 359 have been. From the initial appointment until today that have treated me with the utmost kindness and have taken great care especially with my phobia of dental treatments. I can’t recommend the team highly enough from a small scale and clean to a mouthful of implants, whatever your needs the team can and will assist! Omgosh from the moment you walk everyone greats you as your actual name. Make you feel at ease with the whole process. Explain everything in ways you can hear what they mean. Few jokes here there light banter just a beautiful place to go. From start to finish they have helped me no what to expect and just touching base Everyone is amazing at their roles full of lots knowledgeable answers to my many question. After getting temporary teeth I’m amazed how good of job was done to make them look the same sizes shape mine were And they helped me relax about the stress my super was putting me under I have already recommended to a couple I know and would be honoured to recommend using dental359 as your place to go for great service respect part of the family n we care about you as an individual dental surgery . I see Bec to have my teeth cleaned. Previous dentists were quite painful, but her sessions were surprisingly painless. Since going to see her I've had less pain and food stuck in my teeth! Absolutely amazing.

I have been going to Dental 359 for 5yrs now and I couldn’t be happier. All of the people are absolutely lovely especially my dentist Bec, who is always so bubbly and happy to see me. I use to be horrified about going to the dentist but not these days. Thank you Bec for changing how I feel about the dentist and making each experience so great and pain free.

If you are looking for a good team of dentists you don't need to look any further and pass this point however if you are still not convinced please take a moment and read the notes below it might help you with your decision making. As you gather I am not in habit of writing review every time I have an interaction with any business (with few exceptions) as majority of businesses/people provide an average service which isn't worth taking the time and writing about the experience, however I said there are few exceptions when the service is extremely bad or extremely good and there are those rare once in awhile some occasions which is truly worthy of recognition and this is one such occasion. It is my rare privilege and pleasure to give Dental 359 Surgery a 5 star rating because from the word go every member in this team and without exception provides 1st class service, and they go an extra mile to accommodate you. Making an Appointment Sapphire went above and beyond and where possible she shifted other appointments to create the necessary time slot in a very busy practice so I could be seen on short notice - most gracious service with an smile. Treatment Plan Their team of principal dentists at the practice (Hooman & Tom) meticulously prepared the treatment plan dividing the workload such that treatment could be done most expeditiously reliving the pain of waiting as well as the unbearable agony of constant tooth ache. Hooman's work was exceptional as always, and you should expect that from a dentist with some 30 years of experience. I simply refer you to the reviews on this page from those who have been seeing Hooman in the last few years. I saw Tom for the first time today and I am delighted for what I have experienced just then - I found him to be gentle, down to earth, meticulous, explaining everything to the last detail, and he was taking his time and was extremely patient throughout the entire procedure, absolutely no rush to get to the next appointment so to speak - and his work was impeccable. It is my privilege to recommend Tom, without any qualifications. Lastly to my surprise I also discovered that the practice accepts HBF private cover as well so, you know what to do!
