I've been to this clinic before and felt the prices were higher than elsewhere. Most recently, I went to see if I needed a filling or a crown. When I suggested a filling first, the dentist didn't tell me the price. After the filling was done, they said they weren't sure how long it would last. I was shocked when I paid; I'd had the same tooth filled at a dental clinic in Bang Rak for only 500 baht, but Dentistry charged 1500 baht! They didn't inform me of the price beforehand – a clear case of being ripped off. It's only been a few months and it's already broken. I'm really fed up with this clinic.

If I could give negative stars, I would give -100 stars. Anyone who wants to get a root canal and crown here, think carefully. The thing is, my molar that was previously filled cracked. I went in the morning and evening and there was no pain or any symptoms whatsoever. The dentist examined me and said that if I had a filling to repair it, it would cost 1200 baht and if I removed the filling, it would cost 1500 baht. However, I didn’t know if it would last and recommended that I get a crown because it looked like I could get a crown without a root canal. The price was 8000 baht, so I agreed. My tooth was ground down for an hour. I’ve never had my tooth ground down for this long in my life. After that, I put on a prosthetic crown and waited for the real crown appointment in 1 week. During that week, I felt pain and tingling all the time. When the appointment day came for the crown, I told the dentist that I felt the pain and tingling. The dentist misdiagnosed and thought that a root canal was not necessary. Now I probably need to get it treated because the tooth had already been ground down and the crown was made. He charged me an additional 5000 baht and said that he was responsible for the misdiagnosis and reduced the price by 5000 baht. The total cost would be 13000 baht from 18000 baht. If the crown works well, there would be no more pain or any other problems, and my tooth’s problems would be solved. We accepted it because nothing could be fixed, the tooth had been ground down. After the root canal and a crown, it still hurt and was still not working properly. If we used it too much, it would hurt. We went back two more times after the procedure, and the doctor said that the crown might have been too high and was damaged by the impact. However, the second time, the doctor didn't seem so good, saying that it probably wasn't working anymore. After two months, the tooth still couldn't be used well, and it still hurt and made the same noise when chewing. We went back again. The doctor said that it was impossible because all the tooth nerves had been removed. He said that he had treated thousands of teeth and had never encountered a case like yours. I insisted that I still couldn't use that tooth well, and when chewing, it still hurt a little bit. The doctor waited to take it out again, saying that he had done his best. From now on, there was nothing else that could be done and that no one had ever experienced this. I asked if I had to endure this forever. The doctor looked displeased and went quiet before answering that he didn't know what to do anymore, and he had already done everything he had to do. He then said that the root might have cracked and that we needed a 3D x-ray. If the root was cracked, it had to be extracted because there was nothing else that could be done. I was stunned. Why did the root crack? Because at the beginning, only the original filling was cracked and there were no symptoms at all. But after the root canal, why did it break? Why can't the bag be used normally as agreed before paying? After that last time, the doctor said that nothing else could be done. I lost one molar tooth, plus 13,000 baht in money, time, and feelings. Yes, the doctor said that he had done thousands of teeth and never experienced this, except for you. But I will tell you that since I had 3-4 teeth fixed and crowned with the previous doctor, I have never encountered anything like this. And there has never been a doctor who took the money and said to the customer, "I don't know why it still hurts and that nothing more can be done." Please let people who read this consider carefully. Don't let it be like me.

I had a root canal treatment last year, but it seems like there's a dark border at the base near the gum, showing the original tooth structure inside. The dentist said I have low tooth enamel and my gums show a lot when I smile (though they're not that puffy). It feels like it's all my fault. Today I had a teeth cleaning (tartar removal), which took 15 minutes. I used my social security insurance and paid the full quota of 900 baht. They didn't leave any extra money unused. Based on my two previous experiences, I think I'll go to a different clinic next time.

The dentist is very skilled. They checked all my oral health issues thoroughly. Even some things I thought were harmless, the dentist explained in detail. They were gentle and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Wasted my time and then said they have another person to take after they told me to come in. She walked away rudely without trying to explain.

Scrap it and look at it yourself in the mirror. There is still a fair amount of limestone. Didn't scrape it all off or what? The doctor should tell me. I remember that day the doctor finished very quickly and charged the full 900 according to social security rights. I'm not sure if the work he did deserves the 900 baht or not, but it should be said that he didn't scrape it all off.

If I use social security, do I have to pay upfront?

The doctor is very good. He has a gentle hand and speaks politely and nicely. I have been a customer for a long time and am confident in his quality and medical ethics.
