I just want to go out of my way to leave a review for Cosmo Dental. I want to commend Doc Gerome for the recent treatment I’ve had + the dental treatment plan he created for me. I went here to get a 2nd opinion on what a previous dentist recommended on my teeth but I was doubtful of (airflow cleaning). After the thorough tests and checks, they’ve identified that the recommendation was incorrect. Especially that I was concerned about pain and sensitivity on a seemingly looking healthy teeth. Really glad that I did my due diligence to get a 2nd opinion. Honestly, the dental plan is a bit pricey but their methods and the way they do their work makes it worth it. I’m definitely excited to get all I need to resolve and maintain my teeth here at Cosmo Dental :)

After reading the response (typical of a business that deceives), which shows that instead of being interested in what happened in order to improve and not deceive potential customers, I have decided to be even more explicit: I contact the clinic for a service that I have been using twice a year for over 40 years in several countries, clinics and also in Manila. For reasons of new residence in Makati, I decide to ask how much it costs, and instead of giving me their actual conditions, they confirm a price in advance. When you get there, they force you to have X-rays taken for standard oral hygiene. Anyone knows perfectly well that no honest clinic needs X-rays for this service, and if this is the condition, they should inform you before giving a price. Obviously, these types of clinics make their money from extra services by giving you a low price at the beginning. Obviously, I am not a customer because they have not been able to deceive me. I am leaving this review to warn future customers who may be deceived and become victims of abuse. In five minutes, I got an appointment at another prestigious clinic in Makati that does not force you to purchase extra services for a dental cleaning. I will check with friends to see if they are going to change this deceptive practice in the coming days to ensure that the reviews are useful for providing honest service.

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Segui. She is very kind and is very clear when she is explaining things, which will make every patient feel at ease. She provided a very detailed and pain-free deep cleaning. It was the best dental visit I've had in my life, including my dental care back in the US. The rest of the staff I encountered were excellent too. I will definitely return for any treatment I may need in the future. PROFESSIONAL – My procedures were done by Dr. Isabelle Segui and Dr. Heidi Mojica (along with their staff), and everything went as smoothly and seamlessly as possible; 2. INFORMATIVE – I was provided a very detailed documentation of the procedures done, as well as recommendations for maintaining better dental health moving forward; 3. ACCOMMODATING – Very accommodating to patient concerns, especially to those (including me) with dental anxiety; and 4. COMPLETE SERVICE – From the initial consultation/assessment, up until the final crown fitting and post-crown consult, Dr. Segui and the Cosmo Dental team provided me with the full range of service to ensure that I am at peak dental health (or at least at a far better state than when I first came in). I would like to thank everyone I have been interacting with for my treatment at Cosmo Dental. I received treatment at the office of Makati. I have been treated so well that I felt special. It was very much appreciated. Everyone is extremely polite, treat you with respect. It was Dr Bianca the dentist, she was very understanding, explain me everything prior to treatment and we agreed on the treatment that would be appropriate. She was also very polite and also very gentle. I didn't feel any pain, discomfort. She did everything so that I felt comfortable during the treatment. I strongly recommend Cosmo Dental, everyone staff working there and specially Dr Bianca. When I am back to the Philippines I will go back to Cosmo Dental for my other treatments. Rating my personal experience at Cosmo Dental a 5 out of 5! Pursued my orthodontic treatment with them and I highly recommend the staff utmost professionalism from front office down to the actual dental treatment itself. The scheduling is such a breeze with them. More so, my dental concerns are immediately attended by Dr Segui and her staff. We highly recommend this dental office in Makati. Paking is extremely convenient and getting to the office is pretty easy. We will back!

Normally when I go to the dentist, I want to bite the person working on my teeth because it is so uncomfortable. But with Isabelle, it’s like an angel is working on your teeth. She’s very light with her hand and touch. She has an amazing way of relaxing you from your overthought. I would definitely recommend her as your family dental surgeon.
