Scam. I was there for professional hygiene and paid 120€. They told me that would be good to do filling restoration. I said okay fine. They told me pay please 120€ in advance. I paid. Then I came there and they told me that I need to do filling restoration. I literally paid for it 120€. Paid 120€ that they told me second time that I need filling restoration. And then they asked me to pay 160€ more to do real filling restoration. I can recommend it only if you are very very rich person

Without a doubt the worst experience for a dentist I have had in my 40 years of dentist visits life. I went too this clinic ' thinking' if I spend more money as they are super expensive, I will get better quality. Well that idea was definitely not the case. By a long shot! So..a long story as short as possible 😳 Root canal treatment. They damaged my nerve. Tried too cover it up. I paid 500e for a root canal treatment, 600e deposit for a 1000e crown. Days after I had the root canal treatment I was in alot of pain. 'Abnormal' they said ( yet they knew they Damaged my nerve as i also now remembered seeing on the regular xrays during the process and the dentist went 'ohh') Then in the next appointment they broke my tooth. So then the new half paid for cap couldn't go on and i then i apparently needed a dental implant. ( A NEW ADDITIONAL COST OF 2,500e) SO ..I spent 2,000E total from consultation fee too xrays too treatment. I told them too refund me the deposit of the crown as THEY broke my tooth so could no longer have this procedure. They refused. Wow! So ...the story ends... it was just over 2000e with consultations and xrays and deposit on crown and root canal ...to end up with a worse case on my tooth than when i went their. I have more pain then before. I left it for 6 months, in pain, as i couldn't afford this again and went too another dentist too try to help me as my 'root canal' treatment just constantly throbbed. They showed me that this dentist damaged my nerve all through my jawline...DO NOT GO HERE! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS and IMPRESS YOU WITH THEIR FRIENDLINESS BUT ITS ALL FOR MONEY! ** edit from their response** Very interesting you dont know who i am. That means 2 things. Either my situation meant absolutely nothing too you which was the case anyhow or you have so many complaints like this that I am one in a few. Regardless I would never make contact with you again and for what purpose? To be ignored as previously experienced! 👎

I went to this clinic because of the number of good reviews and because I needed urgent care. However, apparently urgent appointments are only scheduled with several days' waiting time, and without even asking for my documents, they requested an advance payment of €190. I know this is not the clinic's usual practice, so I ask those in charge to verify if the procedure adopted by the receptionists complies with the house rules. They have lost a customer.

I underwent a procedure to correct a gummy smile, making it clear from the first consultation that I do not reside in Portugal and would not be able to return for follow-up appointments. The doctor told me she would do her best to ensure a perfect result without the need for in-person follow-up. In the first few days, the effect seemed good, but I soon noticed a very evident asymmetry in my smile. I work as a model and communicator, I depend directly on my image, and this alteration impacted my work, my self-esteem, and even caused me anxiety. I expressed my dissatisfaction several times, sent photos, and explained how I was feeling. But instead of support, empathy, and guidance, I only received standardized responses that "it was perfect" and that I should wait. No alternatives were offered. What I expected — and I consider this the minimum in terms of ethics and professionalism — was that the clinic would have proposed real solutions, such as: • a remote follow-up plan (with video calls, detailed instructions, personalized guidance), • referral for local follow-up with trusted professionals in my country, • use of complementary techniques to correct asymmetry or improve naturalness, • resources to accelerate the metabolization of Botox, including facial physiotherapy equipment, • proposals for retreatment, partial reimbursement, or a discount on a new application, since the result did not meet expectations, • human and proactive follow-up, instead of simply expecting me to accept the situation. Unfortunately, there was no ethical responsibility, no empathy, no support. I was left alone facing a result that affected not only aesthetics but also my emotional and professional well-being.
