DONT WASTE MONEY and never come to this clinic. I am not the only one with this experience please read other reviews! They just try to make money off of you without even helping and offer you the most EXPENSIVE procedures for problems they caused. I initially went only to have my wisdom tooth assessed and see if they can remove it. Instead they checked and said I had a cavity and we needed to do a filling, which is fine, then they say they can remove my wisdom tooth but they made me pay extra 95€ for a scan to make sure. Then eventually telling me that it is not possible?? I go to a maxillofacial for a second opinion and he immediately tells me, it’s not even necessary to remove it, very easy to see there is space for it to come out. Why not give me this advice and charge me 95€ for something they could have seen? The worst part, I go for my filling and in the middle of my session the dentist says oh you have another cavity (which he didn’t spot a few days ago??) so he works on 2 and charges me for 2 teeth. Like a trap! A week later I have IMMENSE PAIN on my face as it was infected. His reconstruction caused me PAIN which I never even had!!!! Then when I came back to have him check, NO compassion, says it’s not their fault and they charge me 500 EUROS for a root canal and reconstruction. I HAVE INSURANCE VIA CIGNA, I went to another clinic and they only charged me 200! Not to mention so much more professional!!! What is horrible about them is they always offer the most expensive offer. Not to mention, they were so pesky about Invisalign which I already mentioned I did not want and their orthodontist even said I don’t need!!!!! They kept pushing this as the only option. They are scammers in my opinion. I wish i could get my money back. I wasted 200 euros with them - it only caused me more problems with my teeth and they didn’t do anything to help. NEVER GO HERE. Attached is a photo of the root canal quote they were offering me which they said is even through insurance. Ridiculous! If someone knows where I can submit a complaint to get my money back please let me know All things considered I want to give credit to some of the lovely staff who are genuinely kind and professional like the orthodontist and the one who does cleaning (Andrea), who have your best interest and does not push selling you anything. They are the only reason I would have liked it there. Kudos to them for their integrity
