My experience with the clinic has always been good, HOWEVER, my experience with the dentist Heverson, who works there, was terrible!! Besides offering his services outside the clinic, claiming it's cheaper to work directly with him, he delivers shoddy work.
I paid him R$2,200 to put 6 veneers on my teeth because I was going to travel for New Year's, and he mentioned that we would need to make some adjustments over the next few weeks. The adjustments would involve some teeth that might be a little bigger or smaller, as veneers are made to adjust. Just 2 days after I had the veneers put on by him, I was already missing 2 on the bottom, and he advised me to glue the ones that had fallen off with SUPER GLUE. Absurd, right? Because the result would probably be ending up in the hospital with my mouth glued and burned from the product.
I had them put on by him on December 28th, and today, February 3rd, just over 30 days later, I have less than half of the veneers on my teeth.
I tried to contact him to resolve this in the best way possible, asking only that he cover the cost of the larger front tooth that was broken before placing the veneer. He refused to assist me and said it was normal to need adjustments, which I agree with, but adjustments don't mean having to literally redo all the work he did on me. Not to mention the number of reviews directly under his name on Google, already known for him scamming people!!
In other words, the Brasil clinic is great, but the dentist who is working to perform the veneers doesn't do a job that's even minimally decent. To conclude, after much insistence for him to resolve the issue, I contacted the clinic, and shortly after I contacted him, I received a message from him in my direct messages saying that I will be sued for talking about what happened. I came back today to see if they could fix it, but they wanted to charge me $150 to put the tooth back in. I'm not going to pay to put a tooth back in, because if the prosthesis was good, the teeth wouldn't keep falling out. The service is of very poor quality and they don't provide support.
