Now, let's talk about Ms. Benan and her assistant Ms. Zeynep, who, during a period when I was a real pain in the neck and a candidate for the most difficult and problematic patient of the year, patiently and kindly made my prostheses. They are true professionals, paragons of patience, who never turned down any of my requests despite my psychological distress, always smiling, and above all, understanding and good people. Before coming to CITY DENT, I went to a dental clinic in ANTALYA and they told me that I had 2 mm of bone remaining in my upper jaw sinuses and that they could solve it with a subperiosteal implant. Our doctor, Sinan Buday, successfully completed the operation that the dental clinic in Antalya said was not possible, and placed 9 Straumann BLX implants in my mouth. Now I can chew even the hardest things comfortably, just like my own natural teeth. I would like to thank our doctor, Sinan Buday, and the prosthodontist, Asil Bey, who made my zirconium teeth, for giving me teeth I couldn't even imagine. Note; My request to Professor Sinan Buday is that he pay attention to patient coordination and find a solution to the problem of waiting for hours. Believe me, waiting for several hours on an empty stomach is infuriating.

the nerves and bone. The professionalism and precision with which Berkan Sakin works are commendable. It was 100% better than expected, and the pain was also very manageable. I didn't even need a painkiller. In early January 2026, I traveled to Citydent for the second time, where Berkay, after an amused welcome, exposed the implants. What a wonderful specialist!! The next day, the treatment was continued by Betül ARKAN. Her professionalism also radiated from her, and I immediately felt comfortable! She completed the treatment by replacing the (5!) lost teeth with crowns on the implants. And what a relief that the lab that produces the crowns is located one floor up and is part of the clinic! It's very convenient for making quick adjustments (like color changes). You can just wait for them. In between, I had a bleaching treatment, so I returned to the Netherlands with "as good as new" teeth. All praise to this clinic and its wonderful staff! And including the two trips, it was only a third of what it would have cost in the Netherlands.

I would also like to thank his assistant, Ms. Döndü, for her friendly demeanor and attention; she was very caring and had a wonderful energy, making me feel very comfortable. Ms. Makbule, who supported me with all my problems during the treatment, was also very attentive and friendly. Other clinics didn't even consider my health during the initial consultation; they were just focused on getting it over with. Dr. Samer was truly very attentive. I had difficult impacted teeth and needed surgery. I visited many doctors, and finally found the right one. He's a truly conscientious doctor who does his job very well. His assistant, Diana, was also very helpful. Makbule was also very helpful regarding pricing and planning.
