As a parent, watching your child suffer through days of pain and trauma without any effective intervention is heart-wrenching. We felt helpless and desperate for someone to take her condition seriously. I reached out to Dr. Keys for a second opinion and thank goodness I did. From the moment he laid eyes on a single photo of my daughter’s infected mouth, and seen how swollen her little face was he understood the gravity of the situation. His immediate response was not just reassuring but decisive. Recognizing the urgent need for treatment, Dr. Keys contacted me after hours demanding that our local hospital admit her for intravenous antibiotics. This assertiveness was a stark contrast to the indifferent attitude we had previously encountered. However, Dr. Keys didn't stop there. Looked after us very well, managed to arrange my daughters surgery very quickly as we were going away in a couple of weeks. Was a very straightforward process and Dr Tim and his team explained everything clearly, and made us feel very comfortable from start to finish...even if she didn't take up his offer of Garlic & Onion flavoured icecream post-op! :D

I personally love the care we have received here from Dr Tim and staff. It's been a very long journey to get to get to where we are, but I don't think we could have been in better hands. As the parent of a child with special needs, I would highly recommend visiting CDC for all your child's dental needs.

Our son had Dental Surgery and couldn't be more happy with how it all went. Everything was explained well, great care of our son and great follow up. Very understandable with our ASD son needs

Highly recommend Dr Tim Keys and his team, from personal experience with my child. They are very caring and supportive for both child and nervous parent. Dr Tim was extremely thorough and professional yet gentle and engaging with my child so much that my son enjoyed his visits and named his teddy after Dr Tim.

Fantastic all around. We live in a rural area but Dr Keys was happy to provide a digital appointment and then followed up with super fast surgery at the Buderim Private Hospital where the staff and service were top notch. Great attention to detail for a 10yo ASD2 child as well. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Dr Tim Keys was amazing with my son, I definitely recommend him. The Dental Nurses and Reception staff were all so lovely and welcoming and the waiting room is set up beautifully for the kids.
