Amazing service! I had my wisdom tooth removed and Dr Felix handled the removal perfectly. I didn’t feel any pain at and it was done so fast! He was very reassuring that the procedure will go well and gave me tips what to do after. Highly recommend!

really like the receptionist here! As for the dentist they didn’t explain much because I was only there for a routine oral prophylaxis (HMO) was in the dental chair for probably just a minute i didn’t really know what they were doing, but the whole process felt really quick Maypa ga toothbrush nalang kos balay lol I went to a different clinic instead bahalag makabayad nalang ko

For Insurance Holders – Please Read Before Visiting I went to this clinic for only one reason: simple teeth cleaning. I have insurance, so while I didn’t expect it to be completely free, I expected to pay a lower amount. When I arrived, I filled out a form and read the terms. The dental assistant told me I might pay around ₱300 or more depending on my case. Since I get my teeth cleaned every six months, I didn’t think it would be that serious, but I was willing to pay a little extra if needed. After checking my teeth, the dentist said I would pay around ₱700+, and mentioned their regular rate is ₱1,500. I was surprised because earlier I was told I might only pay around ₱300, which was also stated in the agreement I signed. During the cleaning, the dentist suggested I get a denture worth ₱3,500. I explained that I’m not from Cebu and didn’t want to proceed. However, he kept insisting that they could take measurements and I could just return later. It felt uncomfortable since I didn’t ask for it but I went through the conversation since I am in the chair anyway. When I went to pay, I was surprised to be charged ₱1,400. I was told the extra ₱700 was for fluoride treatment, which was NOT clearly explained to me beforehand that it was an ADD ON. If I had known, I would have chosen not to get it there. I still end up paying almost the whole amount. The dentist was nice, but the upselling felt a bit pushy. Also, If you’re using insurance, make sure to clarify all possible charges first, as you may still end up paying close to the regular rate in CASH.

I was very anxious going into my tooth extraction, but the experience turned out to be much better than I expected. Doc Chariz was extremely gentle and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. What I really appreciated was that she always explained what I might feel before doing anything, which helped ease my anxiety a lot. I felt cared for and comfortable the whole time. While this clinic isn’t the cheapest compared to others, it’s absolutely worth it. They set the right expectations early on by clearly explaining the pricing and charges before the appointment was confirmed, so there were no surprises. The doctor also took time to suggest needed procedures, explained the pros and cons clearly, and was never pushy. Highly recommended, especially if you’re anxious about dental procedures.

The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they make sure that every visit is comfortable and stress-free. The dentists take their time to explain everything to you and care about your comfort and results. The clinic is clean, organized, and the appointments are smooth, which makes the whole experience even better. I always feel taken care of and confident in the quality of their work. 🦷✨

I recently returned to have my retainers made, along with a dental cleaning, and as always, my experience was wonderful. Dr. Chariz Asoy thoroughly explained the entire process and clearly discussed the options available for my retainers. She also gave recommendations on which type would best suit me and offered helpful tips on maintaining my overall oral hygiene. I was worried I might not receive my retainers on time since I’m leaving the country soon, but she reassured me that I’d get them as soon as possible. Thankfully, I received them just in time—within three days—and they fit perfectly. She was also very transparent about pricing and costs, which I truly appreciated. I had my braces done here a few years ago, and that experience was amazing as well—her treatment was well-planned and carefully carried out. I highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism, honesty, and excellent care.

I had a great experience with my dental cleaning. It had been a long time since my last visit because of my busy schedule, so I was a bit nervous at first. Dr. Chariz immediately made me feel comfortable and was very gentle and patient throughout the cleaning. What I really appreciated was how informative they were. They explained everything clearly and pointed out which teeth had more buildup, which ones were doing well, and which areas might be at risk for cavities and need attention in the future. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all, and I felt genuinely cared for. After the cleaning, my teeth felt super clean and fresh, and I left feeling relieved and more confident about my dental health. Overall, it was a very positive and reassuring experience, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Honest Review – C&F Dental Clinic Experience 2026 I’m writing this to share honest experience with this dental clinic in Cebu. When my sister and her husband arrived, we noticed that the clinic was quite small and shared with other providers/practices. When we asked if my nephew could use the restroom, the receptionist informed us that it was not available because the water had been cut due to the recent earthquake in Cebu. While I understand that emergencies happen, it did raise concerns for me regarding sanitation. I brushed it off, assuming that not all clinics have the capacity to offer restrooms to patients/clients, so we went to Robinsons instead. The purpose for visiting was simple: - My sister's husband wanted his tooth checked for a possible root canal or extraction - My sister for a tooth extraction When it was my sister's turn, the dentist began discussing dentures with her. She known for some time that dentures may be needed in the future, but her main concern that day was the tooth extraction—which did not happen. Instead, everything moved very quickly. She ended up receiving a tooth cleaning with fluoride, and throughout the appointment she repeatedly heard the dentist mention, “this will be 25k.” she assumed it was something to consider later if necessary. What caught us all off guard was that the dentist proceeded to show me flexible dentures, did the molding, and moved forward without extracting the tooth that was supposed to be removed first, which did not make sense to me. There was a lot of conversation (“chika”) happening there, and everything felt rushed. My sister choose this clinic because she knew someone who works there—a former high school classmate—whom she trusted, although she was not there that day. To cut the story short, my sister ended up paying ₱50,000 total for flexible dentures: - Upper denture with 1 tooth - Lower denture with 2 teeth What was most surprising was being told afterward that she would need to come back for the tooth extraction and then have the dentures redone. The process and cost were very confusing, and it simply did not add up. Another important thing to note is that the clinic does not accept credit or debit card payments. Payment was done via bank transfer only, which is something patients should consider before proceeding with services. Based on their experience that I witnessed, I would not recommend this clinic to locals who do not have insurance or paying out of pocket costs. I strongly suggest shopping around, comparing prices, and evaluating the quality of work and transparency of both the dentist and staff. Moving forward, what this clinic can improve on: - Clear and transparent pricing before services begin - Having patients fill out consent and treatment forms - Fully explaining procedures and costs before proceeding Not everyone can afford this amount, especially considering the current situation in the Philippines. This experience was a wake-up call for my sister and her husband. It was disappointing and costly—unfortunately, a very expensive lesson to learned and to be told that my sister doesn't even like the fit of her new dentures for the price that she paid for it.
