Disorganized and chaotic clinic... The worst I've ever been to! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Since you like reviews... Here's one... In January, I went to the clinic for treatment because I had a toothache. They promptly scheduled an appointment, where I underwent an evaluation... During this evaluation, the doctor superficially looked and said that a root canal was necessary... She scheduled an appointment with the endodontist... The endodontist couldn't see me, She scheduled an appointment with Dr. Diego... who was very attentive, but only did a new evaluation, and the doctor who couldn't see me would only schedule an appointment after Carnival.... February passed, and the toothache was practically begging for a song on Fantรกstico (a popular Brazilian TV show)... Well... New appointment, and guess what? Another evaluation!! And to schedule the actual treatment, they demanded advance payment for a procedure charged outside of the plan. Zero empathy... They must keep the clinic just for these evaluations, because solving the problem is out of the question... If you're looking for a place to waste time and get evaluations, this is the right place for you!! As I was leaving the clinic, in the elevator, a lady commented that her husband had problems with a metal filing left inside his tooth after a procedure... I'm never going back.

It's outrageous what they're doing to patients. They force you to schedule an appointment with a general practitioner who offers mandatory laser therapy in order to refer you to a dentist. The extraction is covered by the plan, but to make money, the clinic invents unnecessary procedures to make you spend money unnecessarily. I'm going to report them to the Regional Council of Dentistry (CRO), the health insurance company, the consumer protection agency (consumidor.gov), and the consumer protection agency (PROCON) because this constitutes tied selling.

Be very careful going to this clinic without money, or rather, a lot of money. They say they accept insurance, you have the procedure done, they schedule a follow-up appointment 15 to 29 days later, and they constantly try to charge you for something they say the INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER. But, believe it or not, they only tell you after you've had the procedure done, charging you for procedures they say they'll only do if you pay for something called a tooth lift and laser treatment. Terrible customer service, and when you schedule or request something via WhatsApp, they always send conflicting responses. The speed is only to collect your card payment. If you're in pain, DON'T GO THERE, they don't care.
