The doctor is very slow, the wait is extremely long. They also frequently cancel appointments. Terrible service.

The worst of the worst. The doctor was late, didn't show up for the scheduled appointment. What's the point of making an appointment then? It's so confusing. They do teeth cleaning whenever they feel like it, extractions whenever they feel like it, without any prior notice. They have my number, why don't they call? ... And the counter staff are clueless. They said I had wisdom teeth, but the doctor said I didn't. Who's the doctor here anyway? They're the worst at taking money. The orthodontic treatment is hopeless; my teeth aren't moving, shifting, or changing at all. This place is the epitome of awful.

Really terrible. They only care about money. When asked anything, they don't know the answer. I asked if I had paid the full course fee. Please help me look into it. The counter staff answered but didn't know. But when it came time to collect the money, they knew very well. I made an appointment at 17:00, the doctor came at 18:00, but I got it done at 20:00. They shouldn't improve like this. They should close it down. I've been getting braces for almost 2 years, and my teeth aren't even close yet. Really terrible.
