This is the worst Dental practice ever. After having a filling in which I said please do what needs to be done due to an infection under my tooth which Raymond pointed out after an x ray first he still proceeded. The tooth needed a root canal which Raymond failed to do so. I went home that night started antibiotics and was feeling even worse the next day. I called the practice told them my concerns regarding swelling of my face and being in some pain, they told me not to worry wait until Monday before they would further evaluate me. I didn’t make it to Monday that Friday night I ended up in hospital with a temperature of 42 degrees (life threatening) after I had surgery and had my tooth pulled and the infection drained once I was out of hospital I went back into the practice expressed my concerns again and told them what had happened to me the receptionist said “oh well that’s a little dramatic” I said excuse me I could have died being that the infection was so close to my heart and my brain with a very high temperature. I was absolutely disgusted in their response to my concerns. They refunded my money and that was that. I wish I had of taken them further with my doctors/hospital reports. This company should be ashamed. Wouldn’t not recommend them at all.
