BIDH Dental Hospital

Great staff, everyone spoke perfect English, from dentists to receptionists and nurses. Extremely clean and shiny and high end design. Modern facilities. Easily the most professional, fast, efficient, and spotless dentist I have seen, not just in Thailand, but anywhere. They only lose one star from me for being sooooooo expensive. Twice the price of other high-end dentists in Bangkok. I have been here 5 years, I have been to other dentists here for braces, root canals, crowns, and fillings and BIDH is double the average price. If you have the money or great insurance that covers private dentistry, then use them for sure. If you are on a budget, this is not the place for you. You pay for the quality here.

First of all, I have to say I'm terrified of dentists. Lately, I've had symptoms like my teeth were falling out, they were all loose, I had cavities everywhere, and I've been experiencing unexplained migraine headaches. I also had lead fillings on three molars (two on the innermost upper jaws and one on the lower jaw). After enduring it for so long, I finally went to the dentist. Ultimately, I needed root canal treatment on two upper right molars (they removed the fillings and redid the rest), and another on the left. I was terrified, but unbelievably, the dentist was incredibly gentle, kind, and careful not to let anything go into my throat. Dr. Jirihathai, a small female dentist, was like a goddess to me. I expected the injection to hurt, but it didn't at all. When she drilled the root canal, it felt so comfortable, like someone was massaging my nerves. That's when I realized my migraines were coming from my inflamed root canals. When she treated the other root canal, I felt so much better. The migraine pain in my forehead, left eye socket, and back of my head disappeared completely. I finally understood that the left-sided migraines I'd been experiencing for ten years, taking painkillers daily, were actually caused by inflamed root canals. The dentist was excellent. They were quick, gentle, and meticulous, ensuring no saliva or debris entered my throat. For me, being a dentist isn't just about skill; compassion and care are equally important. I give them a perfect 10/10 for skill, a perfect 10/10 for care and attention to detail, and a perfect 10/100 for making me overcome my fear of dentists. Dr. Peerapat also did my crown, which is beautiful and incredibly detailed. My tooth was crooked, and he carefully prepared around it to prevent me from biting my cheek. I'm allergic to lead, and he was wonderful. When he removed the silver filling, my tooth cracked, but he secured it and crowned it after the root canal treatment. I was very worried about lead leaking into my throat, but it was perfectly fine. There was also Dr. Sornsiri, a male dentist, who helped remove the silver lead fillings from both lower molars. He worked very quickly and painlessly. The fillings turned out beautifully. He was very attentive, preparing the crooked tooth that I couldn't reach to make using a dental floss easier. He even used a rubber gauze to prevent any debris from entering my throat during the procedure. His attentiveness and explanations made me feel comfortable lying with my mouth open for the treatment. I want to express my sincere gratitude. This is a genuine review. I paid for everything myself; no one paid for it, and there were no discounts. But I really liked the treatment I received here and am very thankful for it, which is why I'm writing this review. Thank you, Dr. Jirihathai, for helping me overcome my fear of dentists. Excellent facility with the customers welfare in mind. Great, clean and modern. The nurses and staff are polite, kind and efficient. I asked for an appointment for dental bridge and they contacted me showing how a dental bridge would not work in my case. It saved me a lot of time and money with the business forgoing profit. Highly recommended!

The dentist is very kind and friendly. The service is excellent. I'm usually afraid of dental work, but after coming here, I didn't feel anxious at all. As for the price, it's definitely worth it for the beautiful teeth I'll get. At first, I was hesitant to come, so I looked at reviews and saw that many celebrities had reviewed their dental work here, so I decided to come here.
