The service at the clinic is good. The doctor is calm and explains dental health clearly; you don't need to be afraid to ask questions. The staff are lovely, they made appointments promptly and reminded me to bring all the necessary equipment. You can contact them via LINE if you have any problems. The only minor issue was that when I contacted them via LINE for urgent help, they responded very slowly, sometimes taking a day or almost a day. This happened twice. However, it has improved since then. It's clear they are constantly improving.
