No doubt about quality of professional dentist.Answer all question to patient,very kind,gental,and friendly.Area clean,spacious.But a little thing make me have a question inside.Its is a free of small bottle of drinking water which in every private hospitals in Bangkok give it to all patient or a person who come to this area.Before this dental center put a.bottom of drinking water on a point to lets people take it to drink. As me i always drink water a lot because i need to maintain my low blood pressure.When im waitting queue to meet dentist.I drink it many bottom because its small.But they removed it all.No at all ! If you feel thirsty.You need to go to ask for staff only. wow !

Not recommend!!! Bad experience in this dental center, they let me take around 6x Ray (including bitewing) and Dr PALIKA LUANGRUANGRONG talk me I need do inlay but cost expensive! after that I ask my other friend who are dentist too, he tell me that some parts I’m already done in Bangkok hospital is not nesscery for my case.

I visited Bangkok Hospital Dental for my onlay/inlay treatment and returned for a follow-up appointment and an additional filling also cleaning with Dr. Thanatcha Wanichtanom. Dr. Thanatcha Wanichtanom is highly professional, detail-oriented, and skilled. She explains each step of the procedure clearly and ensures that I feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. The hospital environment is modern, clean, and well organized. The staff are courteous and efficient, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. I had an excellent experience at Bangkok Hospital Dental Center, and I am truly grateful for the care and support I received from everyone there. I walked into the dental center without any appointment, simply to understand what options were available for my two missing front teeth. From the moment I arrived, one of the staff members kindly guided me to the reception, and to my surprise, they arranged a same-day consultation for me with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kanokwan Nisapakulthorn. When I reached the consultation floor, I was warmly welcomed. Even before meeting the doctor, the team took my X-ray and prepared everything thoroughly so the discussion with the doctor would be clear and efficient. After reviewing my case, the doctor recommended dental implants. Since I only had 7 days left on my trip, she suggested doing the implant on the same day, which I really appreciated. At that point, I was not fully prepared for the payment due to card limit restrictions from my home country’s bank. Ms. Jantima Kachenchart, the Dental Manager, personally stepped in and helped me with all the required documents to submit to the bank for the card limit extension. The admin staff (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was also extremely attentive and supportive throughout the process. After a short waiting time of about 10–15 minutes, Dr. Kanokwan was ready and took me in for the procedure. She was incredibly caring, friendly, and professional. She explained every step clearly and performed two dental implants with bone grafting very carefully within about 1.5 hours. There was no excessive pain, and I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire procedure. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received at Bangkok Hospital Dental Center. From the reception to the medical team, everyone was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this dental center to anyone looking for professional, efficient, and compassionate dental care.

She is highly professional, extremely gentle, and explains everything clearly, which makes the whole experience feel calm and safe.
