I've been receiving treatment here for a long time. The doctor gives good advice and the service is excellent. The clinic is clean and I feel confident in it. I recommend it to anyone with oral and dental health problems 👍👍. It's conveniently located; take the BTS to Phra Khanong, exit 1, or park at the Taisin Building (parking is available for a fee).

The doctors here are very experienced, give good advice, and the treatment costs are very fair. Overall, it's a great experience.

I have had braces with another dentist before and had a beautiful result. 6 years later I came to this other dentist to have my teeth corrected again because I did not wear my retainer. After about 2 more years time and more than 50,000 thb spent (along with xray and photo fees) the result now is terrible. You can see from the photos how bad the job is. These photos are taken only 1 week after she took the braces off so we can see this is absolutely terrible results. The teeth are not straight, my retainer doesn't fit properly and I feel completely cheated for all the money and time I had spent. The doctor never measured anything, never used elastic bands and did not see anything wrong even after she took all the xrays and impressions of my teeth. She just took the braces off without ever saying anything is wrong, but just a week later everyone I met could see it wasn't right, and these people are not even doctors! Even I could see it was wrong! I mean this is her job! My last dentist was much more attentive and always told me what was wrong and how he would fix it, but she seemed not to know what she was doing at all. I went to 2 other dentists since this and they have both said this was a terrible outcome and now I will have to do the process all over again. My teeth are not aligned, the top row of my teeth are sticking out causing a big gap between the two rows and one side is higher than the other. I also have alot of pain on one side because of this. I warn anyone going to this clinic for braces, please go find someone else who can do their job professionally. Very disappointed at the doctor and will not be coming back to this clinic for anything ever again. I really hope they read this review and get that "doctor" out of there so this doesn't happen to anyone else. If i can give 0 stars, i would do that.

Dr. Tsai is a very professional dentist with patience. My kids are not afraid at all during the process, a big contrast comparing to see other dentists(screaming and struggling). He also patiently teaches my kids how to brush teeth in correct way. Highly recommend! The price is also reasonable.

Highly recommend their customer service and especially Dr. Tsai. If you don't speak Thai, you can contact their staff in English via Facebook. They usually respond to fb messages within a couple of hours, and will soon call you to make an appointment. Dr. Tsai speaks fluent mandarin and is very kind and thoughtful. This is definitely one of the best dentist experience I've ever had.

Currently receiving treatment for inflamed tooth that was crowned. So far seen 3 dentists and different ratings apply. 1. Dr. Chai 3.5 star Monday, seen by Dr.Chai who drilled a hole through the crown and cleaned part of the roots. As I have to travel abroad soon, he said it would be the ideal solution for the time being and I could resume my treatment after I got back. Explained everything very clearly and Kindly. But his treatment did not help with the pain... 2. A lady doctor 1 star Visited the clinic again for the pain and seen by a lady dentist. Could not remove the crown or do the root canal herself had to call separate specialists for each, meaning extra costs for me. The specialists could only come the morning after. She put clove oil inside and said it should help (in fact, she suggested I should not feel the pain for a month with that treatment only). However, as soon as the anesthesia wore off, the pain came back shaper than before. The clove oil treatment was totally useless and my time and money was wasted. I took double dose of painkiller pills and still, the pain was there. Had an agonizing night. 3. Crown specialist 4 star He was right on time for the appointment and was efficient in removing the old crown and placing a temporary one. Explained everything kindly and throughly.
