I can’t recommend Justin and his team enough ! From the moment you walk in to the beautiful reception , the girls make you feel welcomed and at ease. Justin is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he’s also genuinely caring and attentive. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions patiently, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire visit. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things right really stand out. Absolutely AMAZING!! 110% RECCOMEND My first appointment i was riddled with anxiety, tears before i even went into Justin's room and it was only for a chat about what needed doing/treatment plan. The Desk staff (Especially Sarah ❤️) always checked in and made sure i was okay which is truely where my anxiety started to fade away. I slowly started my appointments with a smile instead, knowing what i was going for beforehand. Every procedure done by Justin and his dental assistance (usually Cayley who is so caring and makes an awesome team) was amazing! From fillings, root canals, bridges and a million numbing needles! I cant thank everyone at Arthur street dental enough, they fixed my mouth health and my dental anxiety! Parking was also super easy so that was a plus

I’ve now had several appointments with Kellie Langdon, dental hygienist at Arthur Street Dental, and I want to give her the biggest shoutout. Kellie is consistently kind, caring, and gentle. She works with me without judgement and checks in constantly, adjusting what we do to match how I’m feeling in the moment. She’s brilliant at modifying the plan to accommodate fluctuating anxiety—she keeps me comfortable and grounded. We’ve even shared some good laughs along the way. It might seem a bit cheeky to some, but Kellie leans into what helps: a touch of comical relief that makes the room feel safe and the whole experience more manageable. For my first clean after many years away from the dentist, Kellie broke the treatment into quadrants (a quarter of my teeth each visit). This simple approach made a huge difference—shorter appointments, less time in the chair, and far less time in that intense anxiety state. Thank you, Kellie, for your patience and for the beautiful “friendship” we’ve built. If you live with dental anxiety or trauma, I can’t recommend Kellie and Arthur Street Dental highly enough. They genuinely meet you where you are. — Mary ******************************** I recently needed urgent dental help on a public holiday and out of the three practices I contacted, Arthur Street Dental was the only one that contacted me back. Although they were not open, they provided helpful advice to get me through until the next day when they squeezed me in and dealt with my dental problem immediately with much compassion and care. Justin and Bec listened to and responded positively to my 'dental anxiety' without judgement and in a friendly and calming manner. I even received a follow up phone call today to make sure I was going OK! I think this might be the first time EVER (in 50+ years) that I have been able to say nice things about a dentist! Thank you Justin, Bec and your reception team for the great service and positive experience! I cannot recommend your practice highly enough!

I went there recently and had Eric and Claudia. They were really lovely and made you feel very comfortable. I had my wisdom tooth extracted and it was painless. They kept checking to make sure I couldn't feel any pain and that I was doing okay. Would highly recommend to anyone.
