I went with a friend and had a terrible experience. Dr. Quang made us wait a long time before he would start the procedure, and on top of that, he yelled loudly at the staff. The staff all looked bewildered and were running around frantically. He spoke to us in a condescending, lecturing tone. The dental clinic was like a marketplace. I will never go back!

Hello. Thank you for sending your comments to the clinic. The clinic is very sorry for letting you have an unpleasant experience. The clinic team also had a meeting to learn from the experience and tried to find out how to fix the situation you are describing, but the clinic did not find the incident on the clinic's camera system or your information on the medical record storage system, which means that until I wrote these lines, you had never been examined, you were not a patient of the clinic but wrote a review about the clinic? The clinic's doctor is really dedicated to the patients, he works on Saturdays and Sundays too, you just have to come and visit in person and you will see. Maybe somewhere there are patients who do not dare to ask questions to the doctor because they are afraid that the doctor will not answer, but at my clinic, patients can freely ask for advice and the doctor will do his best to answer so that the patient understands, there is no such thing as being out of hours or the doctor is busy. There are patients who come from far away and get off the plane late, so they make an appointment outside of working hours. Our clinic still arranges a team to be on duty to ensure the most convenience for the patient. The head doctor often reminds the staff to perform treatment according to the clinic's regulations and procedures, and the reminders and criticisms are usually done in the morning meeting, only with the clinic's doctors and nurses, never with the customers present, and we like to be reminded like that, to make ourselves better. When the patient is in the treatment chair, the clinic's rule is to keep the room quiet and the doctor will play some light music so that the patient can relax during treatment. There will be Assistant 1 to assist the doctor in treatment and Assistant 2 to assist the doctor with the equipment. You are reflecting that the staff "ran around", could it be that the doctor was reminding the staff to get to the right working position? Please sympathize because sometimes young employees who are new to the profession still need to be reminded to improve and become more proficient at their work.
