I had a disappointing experience. The clinic doesn’t respect appointment times, and the staff seemed less experienced than expected. Patients’ time and care should be a top priority, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

In pediatric dentistry, appointments can sometimes take longer than expected, especially when dealing with very young or anxious children. Before your visit, our pediatric dentist was attending to a 3-year-old who was extremely fearful and required extra care to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. We are committed to giving every child the full attention they need — even if that means extending the appointment slightly. This approach follows NHRA rules and regulations, which prioritize patient safety and the well-being of vulnerable age groups. Had you been able to wait a little longer, your child would have received that same level of care, compassion, and attention. Unfortunately, instead of allowing us the opportunity to do so, the situation escalated, and our dentist was spoken to in a manner that was unkind and unacceptable toward any healthcare professional who is dedicating their time to young patients. We wish your child the very best in their dental treatment journey.

I’ve been a long-time patient at this clinic and always appreciated that they handled insurance matters directly. However, this time was very disappointing. As usual, I signed the insurance claim and completed the appointment, only to later find out the insurance declined the claim because the visit was too soon (less than 6 months apart). This is something the clinic should have been aware of — it’s their business to know such details, especially for returning patients. Unfortunately, both the clinic and insurance provider washed their hands of the issue, leaving me to cover the full invoice. I paid it simply because I didn’t have the time or energy to argue, but the experience completely broke my trust in the clinic. This wasn’t the first letdown — during my last visit, they promised to send a quotation for Invisalign and never followed up. It’s clear that the customer service and communication are severely lacking, which is disappointing for a clinic with such a nice interior and skilled dentists. Good doctors, good design — but poor client care. I won’t be returning.

We all know the dentist to be a place you are forced to visit once or twice a year having an anticipation and experience of nothing but pain and discomfort. I guess most didn't visit Aesthetica Dental Clinic yet! I visited Aesthetica for the first time for my semi-annual dental cleaning, scaling, and polishing procedure and I was truly amazed by the experience being from the welcoming reception, to the professionalism & friendliness of the faculty, the cleanliness of the center, and the level of comfort during the procedure by the magically light handed Dh. Fatima, it was just plain class! I highly recommend everyone to visit Aesthetica Dental Clinic for all their painful and irritating dental needs, you will not be disappointed!
