At night, the compressor engines in the courtyard on their balcony make a lot of noise, preventing them from sleeping even though the dentist's office is closed!

Today I was with them and I had a tooth in my mouth and because I had so many extractions I was afraid it was a nerve. They did a free first x-ray, then a second x-ray and they said they didn’t see anything and their prices are crazy. I mean an x-ray, examination and teeth cleaning all for 250 lari and all the doctors came to see the x-ray to make sure of the extra. I liked their care.

We had a child's tooth treated. The doctor placed a filling, leaving medication and a tampon inside. The problem only became clear two years later when we went to another clinic to treat the same tooth. As a result, the tooth became inflamed and filled with pus, and couldn't be saved.

Came with an urgent problem. The doctor quickly and carefully solved everything for a very reasonable price

I absolutely love this clinic. I visited before for acute pain, and Dr. Malvina is brilliant; she fixed a tooth that potentially needed to be extracted. Now I'm undergoing scheduled treatment, and Dr. Tengo is equally professional, comfortable, and explains everything and shows me what she's doing and why. 100 out of 10!!❤️

After getting a crown at this clinic, the tooth will have to be extracted. The doctor (Jumber) didn't warn me about the risks. I also experienced severe pain during and after the procedure, which Jumber didn't relieve. Let's start: I initially came to simply get a filling replaced. But the tooth itself wasn't much left, and the clinic talked me into getting a crown. Okay, so I had a filling done at the same clinic a couple of years ago. It was very painful, but it's still holding up. I decided to get a crown done there as well. Plus, they had a 3D X-ray, which I'd been told at another clinic was required for crown placement. The first thing that alarmed me was the doctor's (Jumber's) attitude. It was a bit off-kilter, like a doctor from a state clinic, a slapdash job, and done. Both in terms of his actions and his attitude toward the client. He didn't explain anything, I had to ask everything, and he was always in a hurry. The crown was done quickly, in two sessions. My gums were incredibly sore during and after the installation. But that time at this clinic was the same, so I was generally prepared for it. Also, during the first session, they noticed a cavity on the adjacent tooth. Jumber drilled it out, slightly stained it, and the filling fell off a couple of hours later. The second time, he stained it again, and afterward, my gums in that area were incredibly sore. I went to him, he cleaned something, but it didn't help. The only thing that helped was having the filling on the adjacent tooth redone at a different clinic because the way he'd stained it was completely useless—it was putting pressure on my gums. Two months later, I started feeling a slight pain under the crown. I went back to him, and he said it was a pocket between the crown and the gum. He explained it in a strange way, like a gumboil could still form. I googled it and realized it was completely off topic, so I decided to see another doctor just in case, to double-check. I got a 3D X-ray, and it turned out there was a crack in the root, massive inflammation, and the tooth needed to be extracted. I went to Djumber and asked him what was that? And he said, "Didn't I tell you from the start that it was a 50/50 chance that a crown would help? (No, I didn't say anything.) The warranty doesn't cover root cracks." I was flying to another country that day, so I didn't complain. The doctor had also told me earlier that if there was a crack, the warranty doesn't cover it, and apparently that's true in most cases. But I was left with the distinct feeling that this could have been avoided if not for Djumber's approach. I highly recommend him. The icing on the cake: they didn't take a 3D x-ray before the pins were installed. I insisted on it and paid for it myself. In the end, when the pain started, we tried to look it up in their database, but we couldn't find it. They either didn't save it or deleted it. I didn't take the disk that time because I didn't see the need. But overall, this also says a lot. In summary, Jumber's mistakes are numerous: 1. Before installing the crown, he said there would be an inlay, but in reality, it was fiberglass posts. I found out about this only after the installation. 2. He didn't take a 3D x-ray before the installation. 3. He didn't heal the adjacent tooth well, which caused excruciating pain. 4. Even during a follow-up visit, he couldn't relieve the pain in the adjacent tooth. 5. He didn't take a 3D x-ray when I came back with pain two months later. The regular x-ray didn't see anything. 6. Lost the 3D x-ray taken during the second session. 7. Didn't warn me in advance about the crack warranty, or rather, the lack thereof. Something like that.

Horrible clinic! They ruined my friend's tooth when they installed a crown. They won't give me a refund. A bunch of treatments, a bunch of wasted money, and in the end, the tooth had to be removed!

I came to this clinic four years ago. They were the only ones at the time who took x-rays of just one tooth, not the entire jaw! I was amazed by the quality... The equipment, the staff, the clinic atmosphere—everything was wonderful!!! The girl with blue hair and the Rammstein playing on the speakers made me feel even more at ease 😁😁😁I came to the clinic again a couple of months ago. As always, everything was wonderful! The same people, which I think is very important! Friendly, great staff, an individual approach to everyone, new, good equipment! I had my teeth done by Tengo and Malvina 🩷🌸🌷🫶🤗 Special thanks to them!!! For their patience and understanding 🤍🙏 I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

There are no such things, professionalism, courtesy, first-class service, clean place, excellent staff, I had implants done by Dr. Amiran, the most gentle and professional there is, highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️
