Dr Daniel West and Dr Emma Gardner Smith have looked after me and my wife respectively for a while now. Dr West especially has shown great care regarding ongoing and chronic conditions. Some services in the practice are more expensive than others in town, but the quality of service is very high.

Don't use this doctor sugery, i went in for a ear infection, vertigo and savere weight loss after 8 teeth were removed under a general aesthetic, the doctors were running late, dr ruby ly didn't listen, didn't look in my ears or mouth, all she was worried about was giving me medication for nausea, then sent me out of the room within 4 minutes with a $94 bill and couldn't support the correct dr certificate because she wasn't my usual doctor, so i got another appointment to do what i asked in 4 days at another $94, I have no problem paying for a service if a service is provided, being blatenly ripped off shouldn't ever be a part of it, ive tryed to sort this out with the practice manager after 5 days of trying to contact her, her response was that if I feel that way she's taking me off their books right now, STAY AWAY BE WARNED

A very professional Practice, well run and well connected with adjoining services of diagnostic imaging and pathology facilitating access to a broad range of medical services.

Our baby son see’s Dr Sian Edwards for everything and she is exceptional. I would even recommend her over a paed. She is so warm, reassuring, thorough and educational. I have never left her office without feeling informed and confident. I’ve seen her for my own health once too and she was equally as brilliant. I’ve seen Dr Gentle once and she was wonderful too!

Some really good Doctors under the tyrannical management of practice manager Dene Creegan. Stop deleting this review! You assured RB Williams that all feedback is important and these are real reviews. Even encouraging a phone call to discuss this. Well, please implement what you have said.

The care in which Dr Bushra has provided my partner and myself is nothing short of the most invested and thorough I have witnessed in my life. Could not recommend her highly enough.

I called to book an appointment for my toddler on a Monday morning and the lady that answered me was the nicest most helpful person ever. When I walked into the clinic for the appointment the receptionists were so warm and welcoming. I then saw Dr.Ruby who went above and beyond to help my toddler that was in pretty bad shape. I can't thank all of the staff enough. Thank you!

My toddler fell over and cut her lip badly, we didn’t know what to do so we contacted Seven Springs and they told us to come straight down. As soon as we got there the counter were expecting us, took us straight to a room and a doctor looked her over 10 minutes later and gave us the all clear. Great customer service, super helpful.

This medical facility does not believe in vaccine injuries even when they a diagnosed via cardiac MRI. The doctors are to scared to give their medical opinion because of the new new laws enforced from APHRA.

Really friendly admin staff and exceptional doctors. I know I’m in good hands, even if I can’t see my regular doctor.
