I came here for for a full mouth deep cleaning. The check in process was easy. Then I met with the dentist where she first did an examination to make sure I needed a deep clean. She explained what she saw in my mouth with a mirror so I could see which parts needed a deep clean. The entire process was pretty straightforward and surprisingly not painful. I was really happy with the entire service.
I rarely write reviews unless Iโm truly satisfied with the service. I previously had new dentures made at BIDC and recently decided to go back for two dental implants. The service was excellent from both the dentists and the staff. For 10 years, I struggled with uncomfortable dentures. That changed when I got my new set from BIDC. When I say they were good, I mean they were durable, fit well, and significantly improved my speech and pronunciation. Eventually, I decided I wanted something more permanent and chose to get implants. The dentist was incredibly professional. He guided me through ...
Highly recommended! I had a dental cleaning here and specifically asked for a fluoride-free treatment with no harsh chemicals. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I want to leave a review, I had the left side of my gums treated โจ They are very respectful ๐ They always answer all my questions. 1. I made an appointment two weeks in advance. Online, they confirmed it could be done on the same day. However, when I arrived, they said they had no record of my booking. I was made to wait for 1.5 hours, was still charged a consultation fee, and the dentist only saw me for about 30sec before asking me to come back two days later, saying the treatment couldnโt be done that day. 2. For my second appointment, I was again made to wait for 1.5 hours. 3. The pricing was inconsistent. After examining my teeth, the dentist said my case was not complicated and that all four wisdom teeth could be ...
Very friendly & well trained staff. Very professional & affordable.
What these reviews tell you
Individual five-star reviews are useful, but the pattern across multiple reviews is more useful. When you read through the selection above, look for recurring themes: do patients consistently mention the same dentist by name, the same procedure type, the same trip duration? Recurring detail is a stronger signal than any single review.
Look also for what is not mentioned. Reviews that focus on the front-desk experience but say nothing about clinical work tell you one thing. Reviews that mention specific procedures, materials, and outcomes tell you something more substantive about the clinic's case work.
How to read clinic reviews critically
- Treatment complexity matters. A glowing review of a simple cleaning carries less weight than a thoughtful review of a multi-implant case, because the surface area for problems is larger in the implant case.
- Trip structure. Reviews from patients who completed multi-visit treatments (returning for the final prosthetic, for example) are more informative than reviews from patients who only had one appointment.
- Specifics over adjectives. "Painless and efficient" tells you the experience was pleasant. "Dr. X explained why he was choosing zirconia over PFM for my molar crown" tells you the clinical decision-making is documented.
A note on dental tourism planning
A few things worth keeping in mind regardless of which clinic you choose:
- Travel logistics still apply. Even with a well-run clinic, dental tourism involves visa timing, recovery windows, and the possibility of needing follow-up care after returning home. Implant work typically requires a second visit several months after the initial placement.
- Pricing varies by case. Any figures shown are starting points. Your actual treatment cost depends on imaging, bone condition, and materials selected, which can vary by a factor of three or more for the same procedure.
- Get a written treatment plan. Before committing to travel, request a written plan from the clinic via SmileJet's quote system. That plan should specify procedures, materials, session count, and total cost. If a clinic cannot provide this, that is itself useful information.
