Itโ€™s acceptable a call to be held for 20+ minutes in the morning since they opened. However, it is not acceptable to be treated disrespectfully during the conversation, especially when the receptionist is impolite, using an impatient tone and displaying a bad attitude and trying to finish the call soon.
