doctor who examined me that day, but he was a male, spoke gently, and took all the necessary X-rays. I haven't decided whether to get braces right away, but I was quite impressed with the service here (especially for new patients; even before paying, their attitude was great). The dentist was unprofessional, chipping a patient's tooth while cleaning it. When the patient questioned this, they advised extracting the tooth and replacing it with a new one. This is unethical business practice.
