The facility is clean, spacious, and equipped with modern equipment. The customer experience was like getting a free, gentle, and painless teeth cleaning (similar to the Seoul experience). It was a great experience; the doctors were very gentle.

1 Booked for 1 crown, 1 new filling, replacement of 4 silver fillings for white for approx $1,650 AUD 2 No one there could speak English which was a major red flag and we also had major problems trying to understand the quote which was even more of a red flag. Brian (a manager, owner, director?) and got the full scope of works, I would need to do two visits to get the works complete. Brian also agreed to meet me on the day of my second treatment to talk me through the treatment, what went wrong and how we are moving forward. I confirmed with him at 11:30 on the day that we were meeting at 5pm which he confirmed, then at 3:50 he sent me a message “urgent flight blah blah cannot make it” and then pretty much refused to return calls or messages. He did arrange for the head doctor to meet me, we sat and he explained everything and I did feel better and decided to proceed. During the visit the crown was fitted and got stuck on, this required the dentist to use a slide hammer to “rip” the crown off my tooth stub, this caused A LOT of jaw pain and I was very unhappy it also destroyed the crown. The fitment of the two fillings appeared to go well so I left. The next day Shark Dental messaged me how are you, I explained I was in pain in my jaw and the newly fitted fillings were fitted wrong and catching food and requested to talk to the Head doctor. I was told the doctor would not take a call and I would need to travel from Ho An to Danang (about 1 hour) 4 I confirmed the day before that the Head doctor would be there to meet with me and explain again what had gone wrong this turned out to be a lie and there was no one there who could speak English, it was so bad that I had to use my driver as a translator. As you can guess I was pretty unhappy at this stage but I decided to proceed with the fitment of the crown as I just wanted this over. With little surprise the fitment did not go well and the dentist and her assistant were freaking out trying to file out the gap between the crown and the tooth in front mashing my gums / lips quite badly. 5 I went and met Dr Son, he spoke good English and was able to clearly discuss the issues I had with my teeth and the treatments required. The replacement filling had been misshaped and was to ““lose”” on the tooth in front and needed to be replaced. We agreed that I would have my filling out the following Monday and the new filling fitted on Wednesday. 6 Dr Son told me that I would need to wait over a week for the filling to be made as the imprint needed to be sent to Danang for them to cast it. I clearly explained that this was not what we had agreed and I would no longer be in Hanoi for the fitting after 20 minutes of calls to management (?) it was decided the filling could be made in Hanoi. Shark dental refused to use sleepy drugs this time so the filling was removed and the tooth shaped under local only. Dr Son said it would be about 5 min to remove the filling and 5 min to clean up. I was in the chair of well over an hour and it was not a pleasant time. A temporary filling was installed and I was allowed to go, while waiting for the taxi I realized the filling had not set, I went back up and spoke with Dr Son and he said I needed to keep it dry so it would set and gave me a gauze to keep the filling dry. The filling did not dry and was lost during the first meal, very not happy. Dr Son also told me that he would not be available for the fitment of the filling but assured me that there would be English speaking people to assist. 6 While there were people who could speak English they were definitely not at the level of being able to discuss technical issues, google translate was used a lot. I think a highlight of the day was when the dentist dropped the filling on the ground and just used the air gun to clean it and continued with the fitting. Happily it appears the new fitting is working and I am having less food capture issues.

My whole family has had dental check-ups and used some services here. The doctors are gentle, friendly and give very dedicated advice. The facilities are all new, spacious, clean and beautiful. The customer service staff is enthusiastic and answers questions quickly. After my child had a check-up here, he came home and said that the doctor here did not hurt, Mom! I needed an extraction and new upper/lower partial dentures. They helped me with everything quickly and efficiently. The staff is very thorough and professional. I have no complaints or concerns and I highly recommend this dentist!
I received excellent service here; everyone was very enthusiastic and attentive.
Don’t go here , This place has carpenters for dentists, they got the size of my front teeth wrong, plus they did the cleaning destroying a tooth in the back. They tried to fix it three times, but nothing, I still have a cold sensation, plus the first time they didn't even polish me, they left all my teeth intact. I am a student from the countryside and have tooth decay. I have health insurance card and the school pays for it, but every time I go to the clinic, the procedures are very complicated. My friend introduced me to this dental clinic for consultation and examination. The examination was very enthusiastic, 9 points.

I saw this on Facebook. I have had cavities since I was a child and had a tooth near my molar extracted. I came here to get an examination, x-rays, and enthusiastic consultation. I decided to get dental implants here. My decision was right. Hehe.

Introduced. Surprised because the clinic is on the 2nd floor of the beauty salon. The equipment looks brand new and clean. The doctor and staff are enthusiastic and friendly, feel worth the money spent. Listening to the consultation to diagnose my dental disease correctly, I feel the reputation. A pretty employee was going to ask for a photo to post but forgot.
The service was good, the staff were enthusiastic, and the nurse named Sun Ny was pretty and very skilled.

The dentist was very thorough and the tooth extraction was very gentle. The staff were very helpful and supportive, 10/10.
