They accept every customer they can get, even if it's a scheduling conflict or they can't finish on time. If you book an appointment and arrive 30 minutes early, wait another 20 minutes, and then ask when it's your turn, they say it's another 20 minutes, making you 40 minutes late and wasting your time. Meanwhile, there are two other customers booked for the same time slot.

Getting married after getting braces is actually possible. I had my braces done here in 2019, when I was happily single. I got them removed in 2022, and then I got married right away. Thankfully, I'm very happy with the results; the doctors and staff here are very gentle.
I went to the dental clinic for cosmetic gum surgery. The staff were very enthusiastic and took excellent care. Dr. Trung performed the gum surgery gently, without any pain, and even cracked jokes to help me relax. It's only been two days, but I'm very satisfied.
