The consultant was terrible. They offered two options, invisible braces and traditional braces, and when the customer chose traditional braces, they became rude. Everyone should think twice before going there. Just because a customer chose the cheaper option and they act that way, it's unlikely the quality of service will be good later on.

e (partly because they listen to customer feedback and take action). Especially the nurse named My Lai; she was super sweet, very attentive, proactive, and thoughtful. My brother felt very comfortable during the examination and extraction. He's been here several times before, but I found this nurse to be the most caring. That's one of the reasons for this long review ^^ And Dr. Q. Anh, he was very professional, explained everything thoroughly, and was gentle. In addition, the X-ray technician and the two consultants were very lovely. I noticed their names, but then forgot them when I got home :( The staff gave me so many gifts when I left, and even though I had a tooth extracted, I left very happy ^^ The older security guard at the building was also very nice; he even proactively helped me when he saw I couldn't open the footrest on my motorbike. Hopefully, Parkway will continue to maintain such thoughtful and dedicated customer service. You should check out Parkway on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street. I haven't tried the other branches, but the one on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia is great so far. There's one near my house, but I'm used to and trust this branch, so I only book appointments here. This is a genuine review, not a paid review :))) because I understand the feeling of wanting orthodontic treatment but having to find a reputable and trustworthy dental clinic amidst the countless clinics full of paid reviews these days. Thankfully, I found the right place and the professional doctor. All three cases in my family ^^

al Clinic at 215 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia. The staff cleaned my teeth, took dental X-rays, and sold me a bottle of Kin Gingival mouthwash (total cost 750k VND), with a firm promise that it would relieve the pain. I was advised that if I continued treatment there, I would have to come back 5-6 times. This was a very difficult situation because I'm from the provinces, and traveling to Saigon for treatment is not easy. Because I was still in a lot of pain, I had to rush back to my province to get it treated. The procedure (root canal) took about 40 minutes at the multi-specialty clinic covered by insurance. They gave me medication to take home, and the pain almost completely subsided. I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment in a week. The doctor said she didn't understand why my colleagues in Saigon didn't treat my pain completely so I could finish my business and then come back here for treatment. Could the staff at Parkway 215 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Ho Chi Minh City please answer this? I'm only evaluating the quality of service, not the staff. They were polite and courteous. And perhaps they were just following the owner's "procedure"? As I write this review, my toothache has significantly decreased, and I can even hum along to "Saigon is so beautiful, Saigon!"

The facility has modern equipment and is a strong marketing dental chain. However, note the dentist's ability, not everyone has the ability, and most importantly, if you have the ability but not the heart, you should not choose. Parkway accepts many cases, but not all dentists have the heart, so the braces failed for 5 years, but there was not a single apology or responsibility.
