Unprofessional treatmentThe other day I booked in for a routine dental check-up in the morning, went in, I was the only person and waited over an hour, as a fair bit of time was wasted between the dentist, and the front desk as they carried on brawling at each other in public for a while. Sitting there for a while, my bladder was full, and I requested the lady with an American accent at the desk to grant me permission to use the toilet, which I had used on previous occasions. She gave me a disgusting look; maybe my colour wasn't that appealing to her...who knows ...Anyway, she turned around and shouted:" You can't use our Toilet , go to the public toilet downstairs at the centre". The cleaning wasn't great either, as I had heaps of unremoved plaque left on my teeth. Given the exorbitant fee and poor treatment, who would want to go with them? (I'm not smiling at all.) Goodbye, You left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Recently visited Pacific Smiles Jesmond for a filling. I found the experience to be quick and pleasant, however the cost not so much. The dentist (not to be named) charged nearly $500! I was also told due to the fact that the tooth wasn't compromised it was considered a fairly simple procedure. I was in the chair less than 35 minutes, which works out to be about $15 per minute. While I understand the cost of living is increasing, it was definitely my most expensive trip to the dentist for a simple filling yet. It worries me to think how much it would have been had it been a more complex issue! Will be exploring my options trying to find a more affordable dentist in the future.

I had the great pleasure of attending Pacific Smiles Dental for the last few months and I could not recommend them more. The customer service was professional and very friendly and I had the most enjoyable experience with Dr Emily Nadwie. Emily rebuilt my entire smile for me and believe me it needed a lot of work. I found the whole experience with Emily to be an absolute delight and the results are absolutely beautiful. I couldn't recommend Pacific Smiles enough to anyone who is seeking professional dental care at what I thought were very reasonable prices compared to other practices I have seen in Newcastle. I cannot thank Emily enough for her wonderful work giving me a gorgeous, natural looking smile. Honestly, look no further than Pacific Smiles Dental.

Worst experience ever with Dentist name Shanaaz Inamdar JM. She was so unprofessional and rude. Went for clean and my health fund was covering for it and I wanted my mouth to be numbed but she refused to do so. However the dentist before her I saw 3 weeks prior had no problem doing it. She did half of my mouth and half was pending. But unfortunately that dentist left the practice. Shanaaz then charged me 95$ still for consultation where she done nothing for me and also told me that she has other people to attend and I have to hurry up making the decision to go without the mouth getting numbed. She herself was 20 minutes late for her appointment to see me. And done nothing for me and wanted more money from me when I already have health insurance. Receptionist however was nice but felt like complete waste of my time. Won’t recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed. Don’t go there. She doesn’t even deserve 0 star review.

Rang to arrange appointment and ask a few questions. Kylie’s telephone manner is very professional and efficient. Totally satisfied with the call.

Had my wisdom tooth out with Uliana, I was in and out in 10 minutes! No pain, didn't even need paracetamol afterwards! Couldn't recommend more highly.

I had the absolute worst experience of my life today, dealing with a pacific dentist and she was so unprofessional and absolutely RUDE and homophobic. She didn’t even do a proper consultation and still got charged $73.00. Absolute JOKE!!! Will never go back and do not recommend this place whatsoever. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. Highly disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Almost $300 for a rough clean and an xray. Oh and a pathetic script for antibiotics. Which was another $50 plus a $20 probiotic (so I don't end up with thrush) Can't even give me a price to have a wisdom tooth removed. Probably cost a mortgage repayment.

First after meeting the receptionist staff member I was waiting for the dentist, I was saying to myself how the receptionist was soo nice,very welcoming, very kind hearted, who ever came in the clinic he had a smile on his face. The dentist I saw was nice and professional.

Again I messed around. They sent me 2 different appointment times. Even rang me on Saturday I confirmed Guess what . They cancelled me Still didn't get do e some other excuse . They actually blamed me the 3 trips before. Thanks 4 trips I've made and still have got a hole in my tooth as big a Alan key . I just want to say I can't believe I've been so badly. . They will do nothing again and blame me for .still in pain 4 weeks now. Thanks very much Pacific smiles
