The service was great; the staff were very enthusiastic and attentive. The clinic is beautiful, with new and modern facilities. I'm currently undergoing orthodontic treatment and it has greatly improved the aesthetics of my teeth. Highly recommended!

chaotic. If I can't make an appointment, I can easily contact them to reschedule, which is very convenient. The contracts, receipts, and transaction slips are all very clear. Payments are made in installments, and the staff will remind me when it's due. I often pay late because I'm forgetful, but the clinic always helps me with late payments. Currently, because my teeth are moving quite slowly, the time to remove my braces is longer than expected (1.5 years), but I've already paid everything, so there are no additional costs. I just continue to go to the clinic for regular brace changes. The staff will also advise you on packages based on your dental condition right from the start so you can decide for yourself whether or not to get braces. From the quality of the dental team to the customer service (even the security guard!), I found everything to be very pleasant, so rest assured if Vinh An Dental Clinic is the place you're considering.
