Good dental service, all staff are enthusiastic, cheerful and cute. I let my daughter have her baby tooth extracted here for free, and my son and I had a very good and clean clinic.
The dentist is inconsiderate and had his scaling done carelessly. Last month, my husband and I had our scaling done here. A few weeks later, both of our gums were swollen. We went to the maxillofacial hospital and the doctor said we had gingivitis and needed scaling done. I told the doctor that we had our scaling done last month, but he said it wasn't done properly.

When we were discussing the price, she said something that made me want to turn around and leave: "Oh, you're in such a difficult situation, I'll give you a further discount just for fun..." How could she treat me like that, sigh...

Specifically: you were advised by Tri Viet's dentists about the "Zirconia full porcelain crown service" at 4.2 million VND/tooth, now on sale for 2.5 million VND/tooth (7-year warranty), and you planned to get two crowns. Then, a few days later, you messaged us saying: "My friend recommended another place that does the same crowns for only 1.3 million VND/tooth (5-year warranty) and I want Tri Viet to offer that price so I can support them with two crowns!" The dental clinic replied that we couldn't afford that price, and if we could reduce it, it would only be by 100-200k VND just for fun! However, we still thank you for your feedback and absolutely did not mean to disrespect our customers! Sincerely!

This is my actual experience!!! The teeth cleaning was sloppy; water splashed all over my face (the dental clinic can check the security camera footage). They told me not to open my mouth wide, just slightly, which made me suspicious. After cleaning, they didn't give me a mirror to check my teeth.
