J dysfunction. They told me I needed orthodontic treatment and claimed they had experienced gnathologists. I trusted them. After I paid, everything started to fall apart — not the braces (yet), but the service. Booking was a nightmare. No English-speaking staff. No proper communication. Replies once a week, vague answers like “call the reception.” I was living between countries and flew in for appointments — yet they moved dates without notice or left me in limbo for weeks. At one point, I canceled a planned trip to their Ho Chi Minh branch, because I couldn’t get a straight answer about whether the doctor was even available. I would’ve flown in just for the visit — but how can you trust people who don’t bother confirming your appointment? Still, I kept going. And that’s when the braces themselves started causing problems. Brackets fell off multiple times. The archwire slipped out and cut into my cheek. It hurt. I had to get help from another clinic once because Hanseoul wasn’t responsive. But the real problem wasn’t the emergencies — it was what caused them. The braces were installed incorrectly from the start. Later, when I went to two independent clinics, both confirmed: – the brackets were placed at the wrong angle – the alignment was done in one dimension only – the bite was still off – and worst of all: no one at Hanseoul ever noticed. They just kept adjusting what was already wrong. Even more — I had worn-down canines from bruxism and bite issues. Without proper canine guidance, jaw strain increases and chewing forces are distributed unevenly. Not one doctor mentioned this. Not during the initial consultation. Not during check-ups. Not when I pointed out my concerns. At my last visit in Ho Chi Minh, they said I’d be ready to remove the braces in a month — but first I needed to see their gnathologist in Hanoi. I asked to book right away. They said “later.” Nothing for weeks. I flew to Hanoi and waited — a full month. Nothing. Then one day, they messaged me an hour before an appointment, knowing I lived two hours away. That was the final straw. I gave up on them. But I still needed my original X-rays for my new doctor. I asked — silence. Then excuses. Then "we’ll check." After weeks of waiting, I went there in person. Turns out, they couldn’t find them. They’d spelled my name wrong in the system. Same with my husband — he had implants done there, and they recorded his name as “Alek Sandr.” That's what they had in their records. He’ll leave his own review. Hanseoul looks professional. Nice clinics. Smiling staff. High ratings — probably paid for. But they do not care. Not about your case. Not about the results. Not about the consequences of their negligence. If you’re a foreigner, it’s even worse — you’ll be left alone, trying to chase them for answers in a language you don’t speak, while they ignore or brush you off. I tried to be patient. I gave them so many chances. I really hoped they would do the right thing. But now I just want to warn others: They are careless, unqualified, and completely unaccountable. Avoid Hanseoul at all costs.
