I have been to Net Duyen Dental Clinic many times for dental care. I really like this dental clinic, the doctor gives enthusiastic, clear and specific advice. The staff is also lovely. The clinic's equipment has been upgraded to be very modern.

They charge the highest prices in Saigon but the service is terrible. Most of the staff are young, inexperienced relatives. I've been back and forth countless times for repairs and it's still not fixed. Now I can only chew lightly, but my mouth is stuffed full of food 🥲 …

The staff were unfriendly and uninteresting, constantly tapping on their phones. They didn't even bring water; we had to keep asking for it repeatedly. They need to change their customer service approach.

Cheating the elderly, selling water flossers that are too expensive, the outside price is only 880k but they jack up the price to 2.4 million. Need to review the working style and attitude to be able to maintain it long term. Relying on the elderly who don't know anything, jacking up the price to the sky. Everyone should be careful not to be cheated.
