The clinic is very good at negotiating, but it doesn't care about or adapt to the client's needs, immediately going straight to implants. I didn't like the service.

The staff are professional and enthusiastic. I had my teeth cleaned without any pain (although one of my teeth was a bit worn). The space is spacious, polite and modern. The only downside is that the cup of water the receptionist brought me had someone else's lipstick on it. Maybe they thought it was pure water so they washed the cup without washing the rim.

I'm not satisfied at all and won't be coming back here again.

Went for a simple check up and was amazed at the friendly and welcoming service I got.Nguyen Thi Hai Linh was delightful and very friendly chatting to me while I waited for my appointment. The clinic is clean with a modern interior design and I was offered tea while I waited. Would highly recommend to any travellers or those living in Vietnam who would like a well priced dentist in Hanoi.
