Contacted via WhatsApp and easy to set up an appointment. The dentist was running late when I arrived so was offered a free xray for waiting. Had a check up, scale and airflow with polish. Very quick and efficient. The ladies on reception were lovely too

h. The issue is that this range is not mentioned anywhere on their price list, which can be misleading for patients. I also only had a dental post done and did not receive a crown, so the explanation referring to “post and crown” pricing was confusing.

The cost of a dental post at our clinic can range from 3,500 to 5,000 THB depending on the remaining tooth structure and treatment complexity. In your case, the dentist informed you of the treatment cost before the procedure and the treatment proceeded after your confirmation. We understand, however, that the price list displayed at the clinic may not have clearly reflected the full price range, which could understandably cause confusion. Very dishonest about pricing. Didn’t tell me it would be 400 baht more until after the service was done. There are many other places to go don’t go here.

Unfortunately, very disappointing. I had my teeth professionally cleaned. The dentist only treated my teeth for maybe 5-10 minutes. While I couldn't speak because of all the equipment on my teeth, he simply quoted the highest price, even though I didn't have that much tartar or other significant plaque buildup. I found this dental clinic on Facebook through their Airflow ad. According to the ad it would be a consultation as well as airflow. The whole appointment felt extremely rushed and after a total of 20mins it was all done. cheaper clinic, where the doctor took time to look at my teeth and did four fillings - the two teeth that the dentist at HeySmile recommended to remove only had minor surface cavities, so removal would have been overkill. What I liked about this clinic is that the woman at the reception was very friendly.

The clinic is very minimalist. The doctor has a gentle hand and the staff are lovely. I went to have my teeth scaled for the first time and it cost 900 baht. I was able to use my social security to pay.
