However, I would like to explain it here so that other customers can read it and not misunderstand our service. Orthodontics is a MEDICAL SERVICE and CAN ONLY BE PERFORMED BY DOCTORS. And currently, we ABSOLUTELY COMPLY with this regulation. So there is no such thing as sales saying that braces can be done. Sales people are just company representatives who exchange some information with customers/patients. Whether braces can be done or not, how to do braces, etc. must all be the work and instructions of the doctor, along with the consent of the patient/customer. Whether it is orthodontics/braces or any other disease treatment, there will always be risks of not responding completely during the treatment process. Therefore, it is necessary for the patient/customer to strictly comply with the treatment time as well as the doctor's monitoring, in order to make appropriate and timely adjustments during the treatment process. Regarding the "indifferent" attitude of the consultants, I would like to explain as follows: After the treatment stage, the consultants are NOT ALLOWED to continue to discuss expertise with the customer. Therefore, we always guide and remind customers to discuss directly with the doctor and the customer service department when problems arise. The work of the sales staff also ends when the customer moves to the treatment stage. Therefore, it is not that you are "indifferent", but that other departments take care of it. Thank you for your wonderful contributions. We will always acknowledge and try harder to further improve customer experience.
